Strong adhesive compared to KT tape
This is a great value if you want a tape that will stay on for days. After 3 days it wasn’t showing any sign of coming off and it was driving me crazy so I pulled it off. It was still hard on the tender skin behind my knee. I have since used oil when I want to remove it but it still sticks pretty tenaciously to tender skin. I’d give it a 5 for effectiveness and a 3 for removability, hence the average of 4.

Economical (KT style) tape
I bought this as a substitute for KT tape brand tape, because it was getting too expensive to use the actual brand name KT.I am very pleased to say that this tape works every bit as well at a fraction of the price. I have plantar fasciitis and this tape makes it possible for me to go walking again.

Slight irritation, otherwise great
I was torn on rating this 3 or 4 stars because of the irritation I experienced, but decided on 3 since it was pretty consistent and uncomfortable enough on me despite the fact that I donât have sensitive skin. (This is one of the only times Iâve had skin irritation with a product.) So that does effectively make it useless for most things for me..But, if you arenât having irritation, itâs otherwise a pretty stellar product. Itâs a shame.I have found I can use it on small areas with no issue, which is why it still gets 3 stars. But I mainly intended to use it on larger areas originally.

I needed to find a tape that would be of quality and comfort and not harsh to the skin. This tape definitely is worth purchasing.

Used as ftm chest taping and it didnât stick to my skin very well and was not water resistant as described, i got it wet ever so slightly and it immediately fell off. I would not recommend this for any kind of use on skin because it irritates the skin and is not anything like it is described. Overall an underwhelming and an unpleasant experience and was not as good as the person that recommended it to me described. 0/10 would not recommend
