This does what I needed it to do – stop my snoring! It is easy to use – peels off easily in the morning – no residue on your mouth. Does not cause any issues with my sleep. I will continue to buy this product.

Iâve been using these for a few months and they work great! They are sticky enough to stay on all night, but donât hurt when pulling them off. I make sure to apply chapstick before just in case and the shape of the mouth tape allows it to still stick even with chapstick on. The package comes with a large quantity – enough to last a long time. I was please with my purchase!

STAYS STUCK … TOO MUCH
I wake up most nights with a very dry mouth. The reviews suggested that this product could help.It was easy to apply the tape to my mouth and felt surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, I still woke up in the middle of the night with a very dry mouth. I needed a drink of water so I decided to remove the tape.I had a bit of trouble peeling an edge up to get ahold of the tape. It was stuck very securely. When I tried to pull the tape off I thought my skin was going to peel off with it. I do have very sensitive skin. For me, this isn’t going to work, because it works too well.

Bought this to help with changing my habits from mouth breathing at night to breathing through my nose. Use this with the Breathe Right strips and it has really helped me change my habits. I like how the tape is strong but gentle that it doesn’t hurt when carefully pulling off my face. Lasts throughout the night and still allows me to breath out the corners of my mouth if I need to or adjust how closed my mouth is before applying the tape; very versatile.
