Lessened the severity of snoring
I got these to help me sleep, because my husband sounds like a piece of farm equipment. Sadly, they have not eliminated his snoring (nor did I think they would) but it has reduced the volume and severity a fair amount. He now has a soft snore instead of thunderous rumbling. They have been much better than the super thin nasal strips he’s tried in the past. He has no issues falling asleep, his average is about 3.2 seconds after his head hits the pillow, so I stole the lavender aroma stickers and have been using them on my pillow. I like the smell, but I’m unsure how much they are actually helping me to fall asleep. We haven’t used the mint ones yet, but I think I will put some on his nasal strips to see if they have any effect on the snoring, but I believe that we would need to use mouth tape in conjunction with these to really eliminate all of the snoring because he’s a mouth breather by day as well. I would recommend these to anyone who needs additional breathing relief. I will also try them and update my review if I get congested, although I don’t often get sick.

These are a little uncomfortable to use and they do hurt when you remove them. I barely notice a difference in how I breathe when I wear them. I bought these to help with my snoring, but they don’t seem to be making much of a difference so far. I do like the scented stickers that come with the package.
