A great little device
I bought this product to try to sleep on my side because my husband tells me I snore when Iâm on my back. Prior to buying this snore ball, I would start off on my side but invariably roll to my back over the course of the night. This little handy device prevents me from rolling to my back, and my husband says he is finally getting a good nights sleep. Easy to use!! Keep in mind that the piece of cardboard that comes in between the ball should be used whenever you place both sides of the ball together. Donât throw that piece of cardboard out. Other users commented that it doesnât work well with a flowy pajama top. All my pajama tops are loose and Iâve had no problem. I try to put it higher on my back and it works like a charm even with a loose-fitting top. Definitely recommend.

Good idea but falls off easily
The magnets are not strong enough. The two halves of the ball easily separate and the one on the outside gets lost in the bed, while the one on the inside of the shirt may remain and float around. Still keeping you somewhat off your back, but it doesnât work as intended. I had two magnets that are very heavy duty. I replaced the magnets in the balls and now it works great. So again itâs a good idea but they need much heavier duty magnets

BE CAREFUL BE CAUTIOUS…THINK IT THRU!!!
What are the health affects of putting a strong magnet near your heart, kidney, other organs? This product contains a very strong magnets.I used a strong magnet on the ball and it stuck (and repelled) as expected. So what do strong magnets do to metals/minerals in your body? Like iron, magnesium, graphene oxide, etc.I wore (per instructions) for two nights straight and felt horrible for several hours upon waking. I seriously doubt the manufacturer performed/published any studies before putting this product on the market. If they did, them they should make them available.

Will work if done correctly. Read inside if you have issues.
So, there are a few things you need to do in order for this product to keep you off your back, to reduce positional sleep apnea, which if you have sleep apnea, you likely have. Most people are much worse on their back. My sleep study at the hospital shows me needing a cpap level of 14 on my back, but only 6 to 8 on my sides. Also my left side is worse then my right. My right likely requires that 6, and my left the 8. Some people however are not affected by different sleep positions. To find out buy a EUFY camera and record yourself sleeping, then watch what side you have more apneas on. It is entirely possible to not need a cpap if you dont have it that bad by forcing yourself to sleep on sides with this, or if you have it on your sides as well you can get the triple ball product that is similiar to this one and for yourself onto your best side. Here are ways to make this product work for you.1-There is a soft side, and a harder side . Place the harder side on your skin, and the other side on the outside of your shirt.2-The ball must be on the most painful part of your spine, which for me and probably most people is maybe an inch below the bottom of your neck. If the ball is not in a painful spot you will sleep on it. Take the ball and press it against your spine till you find the most obnoxious spot to your spine.3-You must use a tight shirt, or the ball will not be on your spine, it will move around to a softer area, and you will sleep on it, because gravity etc will pull it out of being right on your spine.4- You might want to try some naps, iincase its causing you some neck problems from pushing into your spine(lol). Better for it to be nap then 8 hours of sleep.

Simple & Effective
My snoring is so bad that my wife makes me sleep in our guest bedroom. Now that I have this magnetic ball she makes me sleep in the guest bedroom UNLESS I’m wearing the ball on the back of my shirt. The only down side of this solution is you must sleep in a shirt. I use very lightweight moisture-wicking shirts that I think I bought from Sam’s Club and they are very comfortable at night.

Not consistent enough for me
It did work well at first, but unfortunately it came apart while sleeping multiple nights. I also didnât love that the part inside your shirt is also a half sphere, because if you wind up not being woken up when you roll on your back then you have this thing unnecessarily pushing against your spine as you sleep. Overall, a great idea and itâs awesome that it works for other people but it wasnât for me.

Good product in what it is designed to do
It is very useful in allowing something to prevent you from sleeping on your back without the strain of straps and other devices restricting your breathing to keep it on your chest or back. I used velcro straps to do this as a DIY project but this is more comfortable and easy to use. It may not prevent me from sleeping on my back all the time but its objective is defined and does it.Tip: The plastic layer that covers the magnets will start to move around after using it for a while. Place a piece of paper to prevent your shirt from rubbing it too much.

Revised review
***Addendum: After contacting the company they refunded my money to me right away without having to send it back. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Good customer service, still not a fan of the product.***Consider carefully before you purchase. Doesn’t work unless you wear a fairly tight shirt. Magnet isn’t strong and it falls off quite easily.More importantly: I purchased this for about $26. It was shipped to me from Riverside, CA.When I tried to return it they require it to be shipped to UKRANE!!!Lowest USPS price was $33.17 to ship it.This company is VERY shady and should be banned from Amazon!
