Works well for me.
I prefer not using the suction cups sticking to the mirror. I just drape the end of the bib into my sink. So I canât speak to how well the suction cups work. The Velcro strap for your neck works and does not cause any irritation. Overall, Iâm pleased with the product.

Great Idea, prevents my hairs from getting all over the place for sure. However, the hair sticks to the bib so I have to shake it outside every time. Regardless, still a good purchase so far

Saves you from making a mess
I use an electric shaver that I love but itâs harder to contain where the hair goes compared to regular shaving but this trim beard bib helps me from spreading my facial hairs everywhere, keeping my bathroom cleaner longer. Great investment

Useful – HOWEVER – It IS A Small Bib
After discovering these a few years ago, it was time to order me a new one since the old one began to tear along the loops used to hold to the suction cups, and one of the problems I did not like with the original I had was it was designed for men with impossibly huge neck circumference. Mine always seemed far too loose around my neck, even though I had it sinched as tight as the velcro would go…but, otherwise, the bib worked great and was nice and big enough for my purposes.I bought a new one about 4 months ago and while it fit my neck really well, it was easily a good 12″ shorter length-wise, meaning you MUST stand fairly close to the sink – not a deal breaker, but I much preferred the longer length and felt this model would be exactly the version that would hit the sweet spot. Unfortunately, this one is essentially identical to the one I got a few months back.Length issues aside, the material tends to cling to any beard shavings that fall onto it, and it isn’t easy to dump into the trash/toilet when I’m finished. It’s almost like static has made the little hairs magnetically stay adhered to the bib, and honestly, it’s annoying that it won’t slide right off like my original bib. If only I could get another one of those with the proper neck size…but I don’t think the company that made it is still in business. Oh well. Now I have to bibs that work – but are too short and hair clings to it annoyingly so. Oh well. At least I keep hair off my entire sink area, which alone is still very convenient as far as I’m concerned.

Where Has This Been All My Life?!
I keep the remaining hair on my head shaved so it’s easier to wear wigs, and now that my husband passed away, I’m living alone and shave my own hair. This “Beard” apron (why don’t they call it a cape?) works amazingly for what I need. To shave the back of my head, I attach the suction cups to the mirror, hook on the apron/cape, hold it in one hand and turn around, then attach it around my neck. This then catches the hair that falls off the back. It’s easy to remove the Velcro neck, hold the cape full of the hair and turn back around to face the mirror again. It works perfectly to catch both the back and front hairs. The apron/cape material is lightweight yet strong, washes well (machine wash and hang to dry), will fit a very large neck, and the suction cups are strong as well. Excellent product and highly recommend.

Purchased more as a gag gift for my husband but it literally is a game changer. Catches all the hair when he shaves and it’s so easy to use and it practically cleans itself!

Good in theory, poor execution.
On paper, this product sounds great. The issues though is cleaning the bib itself. When I used it for the first time, it did good in trapping all my hair. But trying to get the hair off the bib and flushed down the sink was impossible due to the hair stinking too the fabric. I even tried rinsing it but it did not come off. So basically you are substituting one cleaning hassle for another. I do not recommend getting this unless itâs a gag gift around Christmas time.

I like that this allows me to shave in front of the mirror and makes clean up much easier. My hair does stick to the fabric so it’s not as simple as just wrap it up and dump. I also wish they made a version for both beard and haircuts, as I often do my buzz cut with my beard trim at the same time. It’s often just easier for me to do it in the bathtub in those situations.

Its alright but all the hairs get stuck to the bib and you have to run it under water to clean it off so instead of rinsing the hairs off the counter you end up rinsing the bib off and hanging it to dry. Replaces one job for another.Maybe a different higher quality one would work better than this one.
