Tasty and Nutritious
It is not overly filled with sugar but I still enjoy the taste. And of course the whole point of Total is that it offers very many vitamins and minerals that we don’t get in our average day of eating.

DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS ! !
I have been eating this cereal since it first came out in 1961. I always enjoy having a bowl of Total, sometimes with berries or fruit added, sometimes with nothing added. It is a delicious cereal, and so healthy and high in fiber. When it first came out and I had two cats at the time, they even came running into the kitchen when they heard me opening the box of Total – I had to crush some Total and put it atop their wet food. They loved it too! I hope they never stop making Total and I can continue to enjoy it for my morning breakfast (or the occasional snack by the handful)!

Less expensive than my local grocery store! It arrived in perfect condition and is fresh and has an expiration date in 2025. Had a bowl with fresh strawberries and enjoyed every bit. The quality is great and has always been a favorite of mine.I highly recommend this product.
