Fairly soft mat for dogs that like to chew
This is our second purchase of Soggy Doggy cate mats. They are built like pile carpeting (see the pictures) so there is a moderate level of softness to the mat, but it also is pretty tough. We have a chocolate lab that likes to chew (thatâs the culprit in the picture) and these mats last pretty well in spite of that. They also soak up water well if your dogs like to get wet or play in snow like ours do.

washable! cozy! our lab loves it
This mat is great. It fits our crate perfectly and it is washable!! Throw it in the washer and dryer! We’ve tried lots of mats for our lab. Most aren’t washable and some just hold odors. This one doesn’t seem to hold in funky dog smells and it is so easy to wash. It is soft and cozy and our dog likes it too!

Crate Mat becomes a mess
They were great until I washed them. The insides got all bunched up and you couldn’t get it flatted out . It remained like a big wad inside and you couldn’t fix it.

I have a 15 month lab who chews every mat I put down…and we are getting her 3 yr old sister soon, so I thought the âsoggyâ mats wood work due to my muddy back yard! Guess what? They worked! My dog is in love with the mats!!! Bless you!

Very absorbent
These are great, especially when dogs come in out of the rain or have been playing in water. Easily washed. However, if your dog is a chewer like my large german shepherd threads will dislodge. I’ve had to replace one because of this which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. If the threads were better anchored, maybe that would solve the problem.

Great mat for inside a kennel.
Love the color, softness, and comfort and it fit our dogs kennel perfectly. My daughter even said she would sleep in the kennel with the mat inside! I have machine washed it twice without any big issues. The inside might bunch up a little bit but just hold the mat on one end and shake it. Corrected itself.
