This push-up board is such a great value! Improved my workout routine a ton
Very glad I finally pulled the trigger on getting one of these. Iâve been wanting a push-up board for some time now: I have chronic wrist issues from my job, and the strain on my wrists from regular push-ups are just very difficult for me. This board is excellent for what I need, and has a bunch of extra features that Iâve really been enjoying.I LOVE how easy it is to store the board when Iâm not using it. Iâve found it very convenient and simple to put together when I need it, and it has a very small footprint when stored which is perfect for my tiny workspace.Just the board alone has been great for starting out with my workout routine. I like how the handles can be placed around the board in different spots to help target different muscles, this was an added bonus I didnât expect to be so useful and so far it is very effective, I can feel that Iâm getting a lot more out of my push-ups.The resistance bands along with the wheels and bar are great add-ons! The collapsible bar attaches to the bands, and it lets me do a whole host of various workouts targeting my back and most of upper and lower body as well as my core. Itâs been much easier to focus on different muscle groups at home, before this I would struggle with finding good home workouts that were well-rounded. Iâve used resistance bands on their own, and they work well but finding a door to anchor them to isnât always convenient or easy to set up; having the board and the bar/wheels is so much easier, and just works very well for me.Overall Iâve gotten a lot more use out of this board and set than I imagined, it is an excellent value and is now a key piece in my home equipment. The board and pieces are nice and sturdy, and it keeps surprising me how much easier itâs been to stay on top of my workout routine with this. Iâve been able to get my family into doing short workout routines using the board too which is amazing. I canât recommend enough getting one of these, you will not be disappointed.

Great Buy!
I havenât worked out in a few months but recently started up again. Using this push up board has been an excellent jumpstart back into my routine. A few uses in and I feel good and strong! I really do love it because I enjoy working my upper body, which this board is perfect for since the removable handle grips allow for multiple workout focus areas. It is sturdy, durable, and doesnât shift beneath my weight. Additionally, it has a vibrant, sleek design with easy to use and understand color patterns, which I highly appreciate. All in all, I love the awesome challenge it offers and the way I feel after using it. Absolutely would recommend for yourself or as a gift.

Great versatility and ease of use
This is a great product for the home gym or for a gym on the go. It packs up into a nice compact bag to make it easy to take with you in luggage or in a carryon so you can always have some form of gym with you regardless of where you are going. The handles and three section bar are really well made and feel very good in your hands. I am a bigger guy at 6â3â and 289 pounds and I did not ever feel limited by this equipment with any of it exercises and always felt I got a good work out with the equipment. It has really helped me expand my home gym without take up a lot of space.

Effective and Efficient
As a disabled Vet maintaining my activity level is very important. I came across this board while looking for work out items i could use at home.I decided to give it a try and see how well i can do the 60 pushup challenge. For the first few days i was only able to get to ablout 30. Its been a few years since I pushed myself to a good work our.The board offers a great workout with the ability to hit many different muscle groups with just the changing of hand positions. By one weeks time and going at it everyday I was able to build my stregnth and do the 6 positions all in one go.The board is well made, stable and offers a satisfying workout. Im very pleased with this product and recommend it for anyone whos looking to add to their working out routines.

Incomplete package.
I hoped to get all that was in the picture of the item I was buying but I also had read the reviews and some said they received an incomplete package but for the cheap price I still went for it so that’s on me I guess ð¤£. Don’t recommend for serious exercise routines is more like a toy.

Junk – Ended up buying LALAHIGH Portable Home Gym System afterwards
The first disappointment was not being able to attach the situp bar to the other pieces. It just wouldn’t go together with that in between. Then found out the clips on the side wouldn’t take too much when I added more cables. I got sets of VEICK resistance bands and tried to add strain since the bands that come with it don’t get you too far on resistance. I ended up cracking the board in the middle after just a couple of weeks and ended up creating a solution out of countertop particle board using the hole patterns from this board which is working the way I want it. Still, my second board (the LALAHIGH) has more patterns and seems better all the way around. The plastic on this board is just too cheap and not durable. The ab-roller bar has been useful for adding weights in the middle and using with my resistance band solution so there has been that at least. Overall, the board itself didn’t last long, but then I was pushing it beyond what it was capable of, which didn’t seem to be much.

Nice but handles stuck and plastic broke.
The different options are great on this product but the handles get stuck in some of the holes where I have to step on the board and wiggle them out. Sometimes not even that works and now thereâs a crack down the middle of the board.
