This is one heavy baking sheet. It’s clearly never going to warp, which can be a serious issue depending upon how you are using it.It is pretty, compared to your standard baking sheets. The nonstick coating seems to be laid on quite thick and it also seems quite scratch resistant for that reason.The sturdiness of this pan immediately makes me think it is the perfect pan on which to put pies for baking to catch any spills and to hold that pie very securely going in and coming out of a hot oven.A photo on the product page claims it’s microwave safe, but somehow I don’t think I’m going to try that option, as it’s made of steel.This is not as large as many other baking sheets that I have, but I consider that a plus.
