I donât know if I believe all the ig ads out there that in a month your hair will be like a Disney Princessâ⦠but I do feel like my hair feel more healthy and has grown faster.I really like all Mary Ruth products Iâve tried so far.This one tastes and smells good. I like to mix it with a little OJ or grapefruit juice.I feel like I look forward to taking it every day so Iâve been very consistent. Liquid vitamins I feel just work better and are easier to take. I feel like I have more energy, and my skin feels healthier.It last a little over a month. Itâs expensive but I do think itâs worth it. I bought two more on Black Friday.

The taste wasnât bad and my hair dresser even noticed a difference in all of my new growth. I took it for a few months and simply stopped because I couldnât find another coupon code. Love this stuff
I tried another product by Mary Ruth to save a little money. It was a liposomal multivitamin. It was horrible tasting. This product doesn’t taste too bad. I could mix it with juice, but choose to just drink like I’m doing a shot. I could feel a difference in my energy level, but most importantly (vanity won out) my hair looks healthier and isn’t falling out in clumps. I have an immune disorder and hair loss and dry skin is an issue. This product helps with that and helps me get my vitamins in!

I purchased because my hair is drastically thinning but growing. I have low ferritin iron so my hair has been suffering. I do take collagen on and off and do see results with hair growth and a difference in my hair. I decided to add a multivitamin into my daily routine without synthetic ingredients. I came across Mary Ruth and read the label and did not see any synthetic ingredients. My b12 is low too I forgot to mention. I did my research as always because I want to make sure what I put in my body is right for me.I ordered it because of the good reviews and the ingredients. Mainly for the ingredients, what works for someone else may not work for me so I take others reviews as their experience and not use others experiences as whatâs going to be my results. I received it and took it the next day. It smells like the peach oatmeal packet from quaker oats. When I started off with 1 tsp which I never start off with the required dosage because Iâm not sure how my body will react and I gradually increase the amount over time. I took my first sip it taste like the peach oatmeal for a second. Omg the after taste is what took me out the game. It was good at first it was like the peach oatmeal then the after taste tasted like a a very bitter strong taste I would say the word it actually taste like but donât want to scare anyone lol. Iâve only been taking it for a week now and see some new growth I just got my hair done 2 weeks ago. My urine is glow in the dark for the first time going to the bathroom but it goes back to normal. I will update my results as I get through my first bottle.

Life saver
This stuff is amazing! I lost 50 pounds this year on tirzepatide and most of my hair with it, unfortunately. I don’t want the weight back, but I’d sure prefer not to be skinny and bald. I had been taking ‘hair skin and nails’ pills off amazon for over a year, but they didn’t do anything to slow the hair fall. I began having dreams of being bald. I had hair extensions put in but hated how they hurt my scalp and how hot they were in summer. I saw a TikTok showing this stuff, and I’m telling you! Within 2 bottles, I had so much hair regrowth, I had the extensions removed and I have no thin spots. I’m on my 4th bottle now and I don’t see a time i don’t buy this stuff. I threw out the hair skin and nails pills – they gave me bad tasting burps and were too big anyway. This stuff actually tastes like a treat to me, maybe I’m weird. I love the flavor. More so, I love that my hair is as thick as ever and I’m not worrying anymore. Nails are thick as heck too. If you try it, stick with it for multiple months and be consistent.
