Perfect for light tables
Love, love, love this set. Picked it up to be used in a PreK classroom. We have a pretty large light table, and these little pebbles work so well. We added alphabet cards and the kids used the pebbles to make the letters. We also added laminated green tissue paper and cut it into grass pieces. Kids counted out pebbles to decorate.Nice size mini pebbles.

Nice addition
I use different colored marbles in a very large vase to track my exercise progress — clear for aerobics and blue for weight training. I wanted something that would stand out amongst the marbles to indicate writing days and settled on these. It’s a visual way to see my progress.

Lots of Nice Hearts!
I think this is a great seat with lots of plastic hearts in a variety of colors! The gems are cool, and I could see this being fun for decorating a table or letting kids play with them. My only critique would be that the top sides of the plastic hearts have a plastic edge to it. Not a sharp, dangerous edge, but maybe an edge that is necessary to manufacture them. I thought it might have been an anomaly, but it was on every one of the hearts that I received. It’s not a deal breaker, and you can still use these pretty gems in a myriad of ways. But, I happened to notice it. If you’re decorating a table, no one is likely to notice.

Lots of sharp and/or rough edges, most of them are cloudy because of being jostled around in the box. Unfortunately the lid came off our jar of jewels during transit so all the gems were loose in the box.Overall dissatisfied with purchase and wouldn’t buy again. My kids keep bringing me the ones with sharp/rough edges (which is like 70% of them) and I keep having to file them down with a nail file. It doesn’t end up looking pretty but it gets the job done.Note – I didn’t use these for vase fillers or table top decorations…I used these for my kids to play with. Even if I had used them as table top decor or vase fillers they’re cloudy and don’t look good as a decoration.

These were purchased for classroom use. I needed something colorful, sturdy, and easy to use for fine motor activities as well as in our sensory table, and for math activities. So many uses! Very pleased with my purchase.
