I’ll start this by saying I’m not gluten free. I eat gluten and love pasta. But, I also love chickpeas and I also love high protein meals. So, i thought why not give these a try as I love Food to Live and i regularly buy a lot of their products. These noodles are so good! You can easily replace any noodle with these. The only downfall is they break easily, but that’s understandable because they are made with 1 ingredient – so that’s totally okay in my book. I’ll be buying again!
