I love this and take it daily, it helps me feel strong and less sore, and Iâm glad I take it daily instead of just after workouts. I also love that it has some probiotics!

Review for this creatine based on sense impressions, not results
Currently I’m trying to move away from my sedentary lifestyle and get more active before it’s too late. So I came across creatine and discovered how safe and beneficial a supplement it can be. However, I need to get my activity to be more consistent and also I plan on just taking 5g per day, which – per the info I found – means it can take 4-8 weeks to see results. So this review is based solely on sense impressions. Like the label says, it is unflavored – has absolutely no taste when mixed in water. It does not dissolve and will settle to the bottom after a period of time. It’s a nice touch that a probiotic is added but frankly I need to do more research on that to see what the real benefits are. The main reason I took of 1 star is due to the price as Garden of Life is more expensive than other brands – some are even half the cost. Other than that, this seems like a quality creatine powder.

Dissolves with little to not taste!
My trainer recommended this and it dissolves so well that you canât even taste it in water. I put it in my coffee in the morning so I donât forget.

Kidney Pain in a Bag
I usually take GNC Creatine, but decided to give this one a try because it has probiotics in it and Iâve taken Garden of Life supplements before. However, this particular creatine gives me kidney pain e every time I take it. And itâs not because I donât drink enough water because all I drink is water. That is the only thing I drink. Iâve never had this problem when taking GNC creatine. I stopped take Garden of Life Creatine and the pain went away. I decided to give it another try, thinking maybe my body just needs to get used to it, but no! The pain returned again. At this point, the return date has passed. I canât get a refund and now I stuck with a full bag of this stuff that is going to waste. Iâm done with this brand altogether.

Great supplement
I was looking for a good recovery supplement and thought Iâd try the Garden of Life Creatine Monohydrate Powder. Itâs a great product! I like that it is unflavored, so it can be added to any sports drink. I was surprised to see how well it mixes. I put it in my sports drink lukewarm, and then chill it while I work out. It mixes in perfectly and has no flavor. As far as performance goes, it helps me recover faster after my workouts. I definitely recommend this product!
