I’ve tried other brands where vitamin-D is mixed with safflower oil, soybean oil, or no oil at all. The specific type of oil mixed with vitamin-D may not make a difference when taken in small quantities unless you are allergic to a specific oil ingredient. Fortunately, WebMD does offer comparisons of dietary oils and the impact, both benefits and risks, that these may have on a person’s health.I’ve touched earlier on the costs of taking a vitamin-D supplement.
