Great for 1 year old, pasta with broccoli recipe inside
My one year old loves pasta, and this is the perfect size for him to grab with his little fingers. Itâs also a great size to avoid chocking, so he can feed himself with minimal help. 10 minutes and thatâs it. A recipe he likes:
1 cup pasta
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup broccoli
Cook the pasta and the broccoli together for 10 minutes. Drain. Add cheese and Parmesan, and mix together until the broccoli starts to crumble and the butter and the cheese melts. Chill it a bit and serve to your little pasta eater toddler that will end up eating some pieces of broccoli âhiddenâ in the pasta. Voila.

What can I say? Barilla rules. I have tried so many brands of pasta, nothing beats Barilla. Number 5 is just nice, not too thin which becomes easily soft and soggy. I received the item with expiry in 2022, which is great.
