Savory and Spicy. Little is more with this powder. Try not to use too much as once as the spicness tends to overwhelm the first bite.
Umami Flavor – Using the natural flavor of soy sauce, this powder is the perfect addition to many recipies not just Japanese. Try with eggs, avocado, peanuts, almonds, edamame, cocktials, mayo, margaritas, noodle dishes, onigiri, bbq and many more.
Great with snacks such as popcorn, mixed nuts and chips. Just mix a small amount of wasabi soy sauce powder with your snack and shake vigorously to ensure the product is well coated. If the flavor is a little light, just a bit more powder to increase flavor.
Use on top of steak, chicken, fish and more. This powder does not discriminiate. If your meal goes well with soy sauce, this powder will help add the extra heat to your dish. Try sprinkling on top of your meal just before consumption for best flavor.
Made in Japan with authentic Japanese soy sauce from a reputable company and with Kinjirushi wasabi powder. No horseradish.
Customers say
Customers enjoy the condiment’s flavor and quality. They find it has a good balance of saltiness and pungency. However, some customers have reported that the salt content is hardened into a solid brick.

Delicious
The store bought wasabi soy almonds are a favorite snack of mine. I was looking for something to replicate something similar with other nuts. This is the perfect product. Iâve only used it with a couple of batches of roasted walnuts so far, but they are so tasty and addictive. My only complaint is itâs hard not to eat them all!2 cups of raw walnuts1 tbsp olive oil1 to 1 1/4 tsp of wasabi soy seasoningHeat oil over medium heat, cook walnuts stirring almost constantly for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add seasoning and stir well. Let cool to room temp.Youâre welcome!

Addictive Wasabi-Soy Flavor for Nuts
I originally tried some Wasabi-Soy Cashews from a familiar grocery chain. I found that I could use the left-over flavored powder on dried pumpkin seeds also. This grocer discontinued the flavored cashews, for a second time. I finally found this wasabi-soy powder online. I just shake some of the flavoring powder in the plastic container with the nuts (cashews, pumpkin seeds, even walnuts), push the vacuum seal top on, and shake the powder to coat the nuts. I prefer this flavor with the toasted pumpkin seeds, and it is addictive. I have tried the powder on popcorn, and it’s not bad, but maybe a wasteful use of the powder. There is another company that sells a wasabi-soy flavoring powder, but their smallest package costs $29. I’m not going the spend $29 and then find it’s not quite the flavor I was looking for, and I checked with them, and they don’t sell a smaller package.

Good flavor ð
I had to get another kind of wasabi and added it to this kind. It’s quite salty and I wanted to add more wasabi powder to the mayonnaise to make it extra HOT ð¥Really delusions!

Real wasabi powder!
This powder will punch you in the face. It is INCREDIBLY spicy, in the horseradish sense, but it is REAL wasabi powder, not mustard or western horseradish. It is INTENSE. Your eyes will water. Your poki bowls will be kicked up to 11. It makes for some amazing rice. RECOMMENDED.

Love this!
I am a huge fan of Yuzo after living in Japan. I also like flavored salts so when I found this, I had to try it. It is very tasty, not overpowering but I mix it in with my regular kosher salt and it is perfect.

Package arrived open
I was so excited about this product, but it arrived open. Unfortunately returns are not accepted, so I had to dispose of the item.(Pictures 1 & 2)Edit 1:Seller offered a full refund. Thank you, I appreciate the good customer service. I’ve decided to try and order the product again and will update my review and rating.Edit 2 (Pictures 3-5):I received the new order. The package came undamaged, but unfortunately it seems like the contents had been either exposed to moisture, or the product is unstable in extreme heat. Since there is no way the salt melted, it had to have been the crystalized yuzu juice — the salt had fused into a hard brick. I was able to break it apart again using a mortar and pestle so it is usable, but the taste is justokay. I was definitely expecting more of a yuzu fragrance and taste. It is as if only the juice was used, not the peel (the super fragrant part).I’m upgrading to a 3 because the heat may have been to blame for the fusion, and the seller was nice and responsive, but the flavor still wasn’t anything to write home about (if you are writing to Japan ð).

Flavor enhancer
This powder is tasty⦠I enjoy buying a can of wasabi peas and sprinkling a bit of this powder on to add the missing ingredient wasabi peas have always been lacking⦠that slight saltiness the soy sauce adds. It doesnât take much for this fine powder to cover an entire can of peas. Iâve even used it on pre shelled pistachio nuts and itâs amazing. Elevate your snack game!!!
