A fix for clumped pills
Like many others, my order arrived (in August) with the pills hopelessly clumped together. I put the bottle in the freezer for 30 minutes then used the handle end of a spoon to hit them in an up and down motion. They broke up and separated perfectly. I had to remove a few clumps and separate them by hand. So donât throw them out or return them before trying this.

It has the full spectrum of vitamin K
My doctor suggested I start taking vitamin K with my D3. He said they work together well. I researched the top brand’s and the other brands had low levels of K and did not have the full spectrum. The other ingredients are quality olive oil and other ingredients you can identify. You also only need to take 1 daily so the bottle lasts 3 months. The price is a good value. Was very pleased to find one product that met my requirements.

I bought this as a supplement for early petechiae due to the anti coagulant nature of the substance I seem to be consuming in food and drink. I think it is helping. These spots showed up every time I scratched an itch. I noticed my skin was thinning overnight. I bled too easily. I started taking vitamin K when I noticed my skin was bruising more easily. Make sure to advise your medical provider regarding any supplements to make certain it does not interfere with other medications. In my case vitamin k and hyaluronic acid supplements have been helpful for appearance of skin

The K Super = k2 + k7 package arrived ok and i started last night with my usual 5000 d3 without adverse – im house bound ! I don’t know how or when I will know if this is actually beneficial re the calcium absorbion !? Will try to monitor and hopefully update this accurately later . Hope I haven’t left this to late as already have significant vascular issues .
