EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS
I have baby thin long hair (mid back) and was beginning to show signs of thinning, a lot of shedding and you could actually see my scalp top front of my head and in a early bolding pattern. I bought this product 18 November 2023, today is 3 January 2024 so after two months use taking the daily supplements and using the shampoo + conditioner. All the products are expensive but I made a minimum of a 3 months commitment. So far the pills have not been a problem to swallow, and the shampoo and conditioner are luxurious so you really don’t need that much and I don’t even feel the need to wash it as frequently.
I know new growth won’t begin to show for another few months but for now I can honestly say I am not shedding the hand full of hair, my hair feels and looks fuller as family members have complimented me on and my crown thinning front area is not noticeable. I must say I am taking + using all of this in conjunction with some medication (pills) my dermatologist prescribed. I was hesitant to spend the money but I can honestly say I am very satisfied.
About the individual products:
PILLS: You must take 4 per day. I would bypass buying the bottle and go for the bag because it will be less expensive.
SHAMPOO: Super luxurious and you only need about a quarter size on your hand. I have long hair.
CONDITIONER: I use about the same amount as the shampoo but note this will NOT detangle your hair. I use a different spray mist to detangle after I get out of the shower.
SERUM; I love this stuff. I use a fine comb to part my hair in lines as I put the serum and massage it into my scalp. I do the entire top and front of my head a few times a week. The good thing about this serum is that it does not leave your hair gross, you can style it and it won’t look greasy. ONE THING OF CAUTION This product comes with a very fine glass applicator so you must be careful not to bank it or drop it or it will break and there are no replacement droppers.
All in all I am very happy with the results this far and look forward to seeing much improvement over the next 6 months.

Even at 95
My 95 year old Mom was worried that her hair was thinning and wanted to do something for her 2 grandchildren that were getting married in 2022.
These have made such a difference in her hair and she wonât stop taking them. I even started since I saw the results on her.
They are large pills so I take mine in applesauce and no problem. I hope to see results as quick as my mom which was 3 months. Even her hairdresser noticed the change!

I took it for 6 months
I didn’t want to write a review until I had taken nutrafol for six months. I have, and I’m stopping now. In a nutshell: I thought the product worked enough to be noticeable, but I’m not sure it worked enough to spend $500 for a six month supply. It did give me confidence as I noticed it working around month 3.
Here’s a more detailed review citing some of the concerns others bring up: I was taking a daily dose of biotin that was far more than what’s in these pills, so I do attribute the other ingredients in nutrafol with helping the biotin work better. Also, because I was already taking biotin, I didn’t notice any stomach issues with nutrafol. Four big capsules aren’t awesome to take every day, but it really wasn’t bad. I always took them before or after a meal. I did notice hair growth, especially around my forehead hairline. I feel much more confident putting my hair in a ponytail than I did six months ago, because I feel like the hair pulled back doesn’t look as thin/stringy. The hair that did grow around my hairline is wispy and sometimes pokes out of the ponytail, but it’s thick enough and long enough now that it is more manageable and kind of looks cute. The new growth was not thick enough to be bangs, but that’s how it was growing, like super thin bangs in front. It would be difficult to do a 100% sleek, slicked back updo without a ton of product at this point, however. If I blowdry my hair like I used to with my head upside down, the wisps stand straight up and look kind of silly, so I style my hair differently now. It was really bad at month 3-4 but now the wisps are longer and becoming part of my longer-than-shoulder-length hair. If you can afford $500 over six months, then I think this is worth trying it to thicken up your hair just a little bit. I feel confident that if I stop taking this, I’ll retain the hair that grew in the six months that I was on it. If not, I’ll update this review if I can.
