Anti snoring ring
It works as intent. Uncomfortable at first but youâll get use to it. Would come out if I moved around too much though. Iâd still itâll not go anywhere

I have a deviated septum and use breath right snore strips every nightI also have sleep apnea so I canât use these with my machineWhen I canât use my machine these little clamps help keep my nasal passages open
