Stray cat-approved – just what I was looking for!
There are a few stray cats who regularly visit my porch/yard and since it’s getting colder, I decided to get a nice heated cat house for them…but they clearly weren’t interested. I figured it was because they didn’t want to feel “trapped” in an area they knew other cats frequented. So I got this little cot instead and put an outdoor heated pet mat on top (also K&H brand; the small size fits perfectly).It’s gotten a MUCH better reception! It allows them to keep an eye on their surroundings and make a quick getaway if needed while still giving them a comfortable, warm, and dry spot to rest. One cat in particular has really taken to it; she tends to be pretty shy/jumpy, but she’ll stretch out and nap on this thing for hours, even as I’m coming and going from the house. Worth every penny!The material should be easy to wipe down when it gets dirty and dry quickly in the rain, and I love the little bolster on the edge (which can be removed if needed). The small size is big enough for even larger cats. It was very easy and fast to assemble (no tools required) and is lightweight but sturdy. This brand seems to make good quality products and I would definitely buy from them again!

Ordered this 1.5 years ago to replace floor foam beds that were falling apart. I have 2 senior GSDs (85lbs & 100lbs), and wanted something that would get them off the ground to relieve any pressure points. Bought this with the sherpa liner for warmth in the winter for my female dog. Both dogs love this bed with and without the liner. They like having the bolster for security/comfort in laying their heads on. It is easy to assemble, and disassemble to wash the mesh liner. Helps with their allergies since I can clean it more easily. I do use a washable “puppy pad” under it to catch dirt so it doesn’t go into the carpet. Just ordered a second bed to put in our bedroom to replace a different bed we had in there. Worth the money spent to keep my dogs off the ground, and the first one is still holding up almost like new. Good quality/stitching.

Great bed!
This bed did not come with any instructions, but it was very easy to assemble. You can look at the photo on Amazon to guide you. I love that the bumper is removable in case you don’t want that. The mesh in the middle is great for airflow, though I put a blanket on the bed for my dog. He is a Chihuahua with severe orthopedic issues and he gets into this bed easily and seems very comfortable in it. The material is easy to wipe down. It’s like a nylon material. You could definitely dismantle it for travel and it’s easy to clean so you could use it when camping or something. Very pleased!

(*We thought) Medium is perfect for our 60 pound Vizsla.
Day one…Bought the medium, hoping it would be of sufficient size for our 60-65 pound Vizsla. Happy to report, it’s just right! It seems to be made of quality materials, but it’s the first day, so time will tell.She took to it right away and she seems quite comfortable. She has been snoozing on it for several hours. We also bought the K&H sherpa-style pad. It’s soft and warm, easily attaches to the cot and stays put.She really seems to like the bolster as a head and back rest and also likes being elevated off the floor.We purchased this to try to keep her off our “people” furniture. So far, it’s working great. It’s much better than the “floor pillow” dog bed we were using before. (She would never lay on that pillow for very long.) We are very happy with this purchase!** Update. after 3 years use. our medium dog cot is holding up well.But the Dog is still preferring our couch (over her “bed”)… She WILL use it, if I insist.. but the first chance she gets, she’s back up on my couch.I do wish she could talk.. and tell me why she prefers my couch.But if I were to guess, it may have to do with size? Maybe I should have gotten larger one?Or maybe it’s how low it is to the floor (possibly drafty?).. I personally wish it was about 4″ taller, but so I could place a toy basket/ bin underneath it, but the dog might like the extra height too..Or It might be the bolster pads aren’t tall enough or sturdy enough (for back support) to lean up against?Or maybe our spoiled little “Goldilocks” just prefers a softer bed.Just thought I’d provide this update for those who are on the fence. It’s definitely a well made product… but furniture loving dogs might be harder to convince..It would be ideal to purchase this when the dog is a pup.. and then train them that’s their “place.”I would say buy it…Otherwise.. manufacturer….a couple tweaks to the original design would make this a fantastic bed..(Increase leg height, design and sell a bin that could slide underneath for toy storage. Lastly make the bolsters more comfy with a removable cover for washing. Possibly a sherpa cover, like the sherpa pad.

I have no dislikes regarding this product. I love the product. It’s the right size, the design is great, I love the colour pleasing, and it fits nicely in its designated area, assembling was a breeze and the cat loves it.😃
