Even though this is not a kitchen maid attachment it works great with our stand mixer. We havenât used all of the pasta rollers yet but have enjoyed making our own fettuccine with it and even some homemade noodles for soup.

This does everything its supposed to do. The pasta is delicious. This maker assisted me well. It’s great value and easy to use. But beware its a whole thing to make homemade pasta. I would suggest 4 to make sheets than 2 to make thinner. It’s too hard to cook properly if too thick. It takes atleast 3 min to taste good. Also make small amount to practice. Don’t be afraid to use ex flour. Do not get your fingers near the blades. Nore stick anything but a damp paper towel to clean. Enjoy

We have had a kitchen aid mixer for sometime now. We wanted to try making pasta at home, experimenting with different flours and ingredients. The store-bought pasta is beginning to look a little unhealthy now. So, we bought this attachment. I have to say this works wonders. Here are our immediate impressions after using it for 3 days now.- I am very impressed with the 3-in-1 feature. Although this attachment is mainly designed as fettuccine and spaghetti maker, I love the pasta sheet roller because that helps us cook other items too, like a flatbread etc. So, that’s great.- The attachment is mostly all metal, so it is built strong and looks strong. It should last a while.- The cutter functions work great and the teeth and blades are sharp. The only concern I have at this moment are what to do when the cutter blades become blunt? Do I have to buy another attachment and throw this one away? Or is there a way to remove these cutters and sharpen them again? I cannot say for sure at this moment by just looking at it, but that stage is a few years down the line. So, let’s see what happens.

Great attachment. It fits the kitchen aid mixer well and works great. I have only used it two times, and am new to making my own pasta so I can not say how a more experienced person would find this attachent.The only con is you have to roll your past quite a bit by hand first to get it small enough to fit through the largest setting for rolling.

Honestly can’t go wrong with this. If you have a kitchenaid definitely pick this up, you never know when you want to be a bit bougie with some fresh pasta, it’s incredible how easy and quick it actually is (and it cooks a ton faster so really not as much of a time sink as you’d imagine).Recommended!
