Sturdy and non-stick coating works well
Bought two of these recently as a cheaper alternative to the Williams-Sonoma $50 Goldtouch Pro cake pans my spouse had suggested. I was pleasantly surprised at how solid and heavy they are. They appear very well-manufactured, and the side handles are a nice improvement over the pricier Goldtouch pans. We’ve used these KitchenAid pans to make Detroit-style pizza so far and the crusty burnt oil, cheese and sauce wiped right off, leaving no residue or staining at all, so the non-stick coating is working well. These pans ship in a recyclable clear plastic bag with paper label stuck to the pan surface – no excessive packaging, but also particularly dependent on gentle handling by Amazon, so might be be best to order them separately (as I did).

This pan conducts heat very very well and is truly non stick. Iâve used this successfully 2x now to make sticky buns with nothing but the best results and excellent caramelization. Recommended!

I like that this pan is very sturdy. It’s 9×13″ which is relatively big. The bottom is flat so it’s good for baking desserts with Graham Cracker Crumbs. Looks like this pan is built to last for a long time. It’s a good investment.
