Beautiful leather couch. Definitely worth the money.
Overall I love this couch. It had been sitting in my cart for quite some time as I’ve been gathering items for a living room makeover. Recently it went on sale for around $1400, so I decided to go ahead and buy it. I had a lot of trepidations about buying such an expensive and large item without actually sitting on it first. But I’m glad I made the jump.
Here are my key takeaways (neither Pros or Cons as everyone’s preferences differ). I’ve only had the couch for a couple weeks now, so take this with a grain of salt…
-Its quite firm. From the cushions to the arm and back rest. I was expecting this though, and I’m sure that the cushions will loosen up a bit over time.
-Compared to some other reviews, I did not find any issues with the stitching or any other constructed aspects. Maybe I just got lucky.
-The angle in which you’ll sit is going to be rather upright. I wouldn’t say an absolute 90 degree angle, buts its close. The frame of the couch is build in a manner that positions the cushions at a slight angle, so that does increase the angle at which you’ll sit. If I had to guess, I’d say you’ll sit at approximately 95 degree or so, give or take.
-I wouldn’t recommend this couch if you’re looking for something that more plush and conducive for to being an absolute couch potato.
-Adding an ottoman/ chaise lounge or some other type of footrest makes for a very comfortable
seated/ lounge position.
-The leather itself is very nice. It is REAL full grain leather. I am very impressed with the quality and feel of the leather. Educate yourself on the different types of leather or “leather” products.
-The natural grain of the leather is beautiful and leather has a pleasant natural scent. Very very subtle… as it should be.
-The leather will scratch with day to day use. Duh. That is normal. If you have pets or other rambunctious humans roaming around your house, I wouldn’t recommend this couch if scratches will bother you.
-Assembly was straightforward and easy. Unbox, attach the legs, done.
-Delivery was seamless and the two gentlemen that delivered it was very professional.
-The packaging was thick robust cardboard and the couch itself was well protected and delivered without damage. The hardest part was of the whole thing was breaking down the cardboard box so it would fit in the recycling bin. For the environmentally conscience, I was very happy to find that the packaging didn’t consist of a any Styrofoam, only some sheets of protective foam.
The only thing I’d change about the couch is that I wish there was just a little more padding in the arms and back.
If I encounter an issue, I’ll try to update this review accordingly.

Absolutely beautiful leather sofa
This sofa is absolute quality. At first, I was nervous about buying a leather sofa on Amazon, but as soon as I received it, I knew the quality was there. Itâs gorgeous. I donât understand where people are saying that this couch is not comfortable, because my whole family agrees that this sofa is absolutely comfortable and is usually the choice between this sofa and a tweed one that I matched it with. I love it!
Customer service could not have been better as well. Good job, Amazon. Poly and Bark is my new furniture go-to.

Exactly what I wanted
Been looking for a reasonably priced leather sofa for several years and saw this one on Pinterest. I was thrilled to find it on sale with Amazon. Itâs beautiful, comfortable, sturdy and exceeded my expectations for the price. Doesnât have much of a leather smell, but I just love it!

Glorious couch
I wanted a blue leather couch, they arent that easy to find, and i was skeptical about buying a couch sight unseen but the review seemed good, i am not lying this couch would be TWICE as much at a store, the cushions are real down and comfy, the color is awesome, the thickness and touch of the leather is really really nice, I cant say enough about how impressed I am with the couch for the money, i was really considering having a couch made from a leather swath at a store for over 6k… so glad i didnt go that route!! Dont hesitate and pull the trigger, the build quality is awesome, only thing i will say is I need to buy rubber for the feet kuz on the wood floor the couch can slip around a bit, not super heavey couch, but crazy good materials where it matters, very comfortable, the back isnt like sink into it type of comfy, the cushions though are very plush and you can sink into them, im actually excited for when it breaks in a bit and is even more comfortable

HORRIBLE Amazon customer service and communication. DO NOT GO THROUGH AMAZON TO PURCHASE
This couch is beautiful, but Amazon completely messed it up. We have had a TERRIBLE experience working with Amazon to rectify the situation. Amazon is majorly lacking in internal communication. Our first couch was canceled by Amazon within 2 hours of its scheduled deliver due to âdamage.â After spending hours trying to fix the situation, Amazon customer service reordered the couch and scheduled a delivery, assembly, inspection, and trash removal which we paid for in the original order. 3 weeks later, we finally received the second couch. The instructions were not given to the delivery team to complete the white glove delivery and setup, so we had to do all
Of that ourselves. After setting it up, we realized this couch had a major tear in the seam and paint pen marks on it. After spending hours and days trying to get a competent worker at Amazon, the couch was scheduled for pick up and return and refund. Today the couch is scheduled through a third party by Amazon to be picked up. We contacted Amazon this morning to try to get more details and were required to once again go through the entire situation. After taking the morning off of work for the communicated pick up set for this morning, I still am waiting on some instructions on when this couch is getting picked up. This has been a nightmare. Shame on Amazon!!! HORRIBLE!!! The couch itself is lovely, firm, great size, and very comfortable. The leather and color are beautiful. We love the couch. We bought the exact same couch again, but went directly to Poly and Bark. Trust me, it is WELL worth the extra $200 to go directly to the company and avoid Amazon at ALL costs. Amazon has been HORRIBLE.

I bought the couch and 2 chairs. The quality of the leather is exceptional, color is perfect and the cushions are firm. I highly recommend. Couch was delivered by Amazon perfectly with no issues . 2 chairs were shipped by an outside source, took 1 week longer and it was a complete nightmareâ¦.i like the furniture so much that even with the delivery problems with the chairs Iâd buy again. .
