Works great, you still get the flushing sx such as rash, warm sometimes burning sensation of the skin, itching just take some aspirin 30 min before helps with reducing these for anyone who has to take this and gets these side effects. After taking for 60 days lab work showed improvement and I felt a lot better all around.

Don’t waste your money
I use Niacin at night to calm my restless legs. This is the first time I purchased this brand and it did not work. I took this at bedtime for 2 weeks straight and half the time I had to get up and take another of a different brand because my legs would not let me go to sleep. I will never buy this brand again.
