It works! I wasnât expecting it to be quite so effective.
Wish I had taken a before photo because my teeth are noticeably whiter after using these. I did not have any sensitivity using these strips, and followed directions exactly. I tried a professional whitening treatment from the dentist (with the custom fit and $450) but didnât see much of a change. I started asking around to see what people did who had whiter teeth and they all said crest white strips. No joke, my teeth are much whiter with this product than the one from the dentist. Also the whitening has lasted. Three months later and I still have a much whiter smile. I am a total convert and will use this at least twice a year for maintenance – might do quarterly. Ten out of ten. I tried the 45 minutes without the light and the 1 hour with the light. The version with the light was more effective. I also wondered if the front teeth would look whiter than the back ones given the length of the strips but itâs not an issue. They figured out how long the strips need to be. I did find that if I dried my teeth first with a tissue that the strips stuck better and stayed on better. I also tried this during work hours when working from home but it changed my speech a tiny bit when I took calls (kind of like a lisp) so I now use these either before or after work.

It’s worth the hype everyone .. IT WORKS!
One of my friends told me that this product never worked for him and it’s a waste of money, but after seeing a lot of YouTube videos and reading tons of reviews, I decided to give it a go.This is my 2nd pack to use, I decided to do it every year, I have a bit of sensitive gum and I was afraid to do it every 6 months though it’d have been more effective, make sure when you use it to follow the instructions precisely, if you wonder how will it stick to your teeth, believe me it will, it have an extremely strong adhesive that sticks easily.give it a try and make sure to do it daily for consecutive needed days, take photos if you want weekly, and you’ll notice the difference, I loved it!

After only four or five uses consistently every day, my teeth got so much whiter! Try not to get the material on your gums and brush your teeth gently after using to evade any sensitivity. I really do like these and will use them for probably about a week every couple of months to keep the appearance up!

Helpful and works
It took a while to get used to keeping this in my mouth for an hour. But eventually, I found a time at night that I could do it. It was cool to have the blue light when I was done because it felt like it was really working. The blue light cuts off automatically after five minutes. I didnât use them every night as I should. I skipped a couple of nights at a time, but I still can see a positive difference.

Made my teeth so visibly white in a fast period of time! I seen results within a week.. I suggest buying the toothpaste as well and for the best results leave the strips on for a hour, then use the express LED light

If you have grey/yellow looking teeth like my husband, then you need these whitestrips. His teeth were grey now they are white. Be persistant dont take brakes if you want white teeth.
