Excellent vitamins.
I was taking these for a while, ran out and switched to Kirlands Multi-Vit… It wasn’t until then that I realized how great these Irwin vitamins are. The Costco vitamins are not that great. Irwin’s give me great energy, focus, and mental stability. I went ahead and subscribed so I never run out again.

Quality Control Issues?
So I have been taking this multivitamin for close to 5 years now, part of the reason I decided on these is the fact that they are liquid gel capsules. The liquid gel capsules are not only easier to swallow than tablets but there is compelling evidence to show that the liquid gel capsules have better digest ability.Overall I have been pleased with Irwin’s product, however within the last 6-9 months there has been a problem with some of the bottles. I normally order at least 2-4 bottles at a time, when the product comes in, sometimes I open a bottle and there is a fishy odor as well as an oily feel to the gel caps. By the time I finish the a bottle like that, there is no apparent indication that one of the capsules has broken. Normally I am quite pleased with taking this multivitamin in the morning but when I have to deal with one of these problem bottles it becomes a chore, having to hold my breath and swallow so I don’t gag due to the taste and smell.Irwin Naturals, if this continues I’m going to start looking for another brand of easy to swallow multivitamin to take.

I used to think I was just lazy and struggled for a long time until I found these!
It’s hard for me to explain how I felt before taking this product but since I have, I feel “normal” again. Before, I used to feel completely drained and listless. Nothing held any interest and I was not accomplishing the many goals I had once wanted to achieve. Heck, even basic things around the house were, ahem, a chore to do!I thought it might have been depression, a lack of nutrients, lack of exercise, I was just lazy or stupid, etc. I have spent a fortune attempting to find a solution, from pills (including other multi-vitamins), energy drinks, caffeine and ‘energy’ pills, an acupressure spike mat, inversion therapy to cold water showers, sleep hacks… you name it. Nothing seemed to work. I felt constantly fatigued, especially behind my eyes and it sucked!Then about three weeks into taking this product something ‘unnatural’ happened; I stopped drinking coffee! Yes, after many years, since my childhood actually, I gave up my favourite drink. People know me for my coffee consumption so telling my friends and co-workers gets me that ‘record scratch’ effect; everyone stops and looks at me in bewilderment. They know how much I’ve loved coffee. I never, ever would have thought this could be a problem for me but it was at the point of giving up the mug, in combination with this product, that I began to perk up better than any caffeine pill (up to 10 a day) or multiple mugs of joe has ever done!I’m getting things done again. I started a blog, a forum, painted the kitchen (this has been on hold for at least two years now) and am all over the place at work, I actually make the beds (all rooms) every day! I even started exercising, which is something that’s been on my, “I know I should do but don’t have the energy for”, list for too long. My wife has taken notice and so have my co-workers.I’ve also, coincidentally, started to lose weight. I won’t say how much, but I’m a little lighter, according to the scale, than I have been in years. I’ve had to tighten my belt just a little, so we’ll see. I’m not holding my breath on this one but I am eating less than I normally do since I am no longer famished within two hours after eating a meal.In the end, I cannot specifically say that this product is the reason I stopped drinking coffee; it may have just been some cosmic coincidence. I also cannot definitively specify that it’s this product that’s giving me the perk I’m feeling, or the weight loss but giving up coffee after taking this very product are the only two things that I changed and my life is completely different now. It does seem strange to think that after drinking coffee since my childhood, I begin consuming these little gems for a short period, I suddenly had no desire for the brew?So, in the end, I’m giving credit to these liquid gels. I just hope that this company stays in business and never changes the formula!I am so grateful to have found these and Amazon for providing an amazing platform to be able to subscribe to products.
