Easy to assemble. Comfortable and easy to adjust the height.
Chair looks great and seem s to be holding up well. Like the ease if the height adjustment. Chair does not squeak and swivels easily.

Customer service was on it!
1 chair leg broke off the base about a week after using chair – maybe a weakly welded joint? Would have rated lower due to that, but customer service responded right away, apologized, and sent me a replacement base immediately with zero hassle. Chair has been fine with that new base. The rest of the chair is great – soft material, great cushion/comfortable, looks nice in the room! I like that it swivels and you can raise/lower height without it being on wheels. I didnât want to tear up wood floor with wheels or have to get a rolling chair mat for underneath it, so the fixed base was key – thatâs why I purchased this model! Bought 2 in different colors – the broken base only happened to 1 of them.

Comfortable, stylish, and easy to get up from
This chair is so comfortable that I have just ordered my 3rd one. One in July. Another one in August. My 3rd one the 23rd of October.The variable height, the nicely padded arms and seat and back, the ergonomics, the swivel, and the fact that it doesn’t have wheels have made this perfect for my dining room table and two locations at tables in my studio. Easy to assemble and is very well made. I got all the same style – green.I can no longer get up easily from chairs without arms. The arms on this chair are at the perfect height from the seat and very strong. The swivel is great to be able to rotate around to tables and yet is very stable when I evenly lift myself to stand or ease down to sit. Terrible product and service
Pieces are broken and missing. Seller claims itâs fine and refuses to send a replacement or refund despite multiple photos and video of faulty parts. Donât waste your money!

Meh.
It looks beautiful but after a few weeks of use, Iâve got to be honest, itâs super uncomfortable. I was hoping I was just adjusting to it the first few days but no matter what it seems to leave my lower back aching. 4 stars because itâs solid, looks nice, but uncomfortable and thatâs subjective. Sadly, Iâll be replacing this chair.

Broke my leg so had to move to a normal desk chair from an ergonomic chair. For the price this is a very good chair. Easy to assemble.
