Comfortable, nicely made.
Lately I’ve had low grade fevers, not high enough for medical treatment, but uncomfortable here in the heat of Florida. I bought one of these to help cool myself down, and energize myself in the mornings when I can’t seem to get fully awake for a long time. I keep it in the freezer; it stays pliable. The cooling comfortableness of it is very relaxing and refreshing. I’ve had things like this before, but only for my eyes, and I like them, now having something for my whole face is really nice. It’s very good quality, fits well, and it is comfortable. I’ll keep buying as needed.

I would recommend letting it set out for several moments before attempting put around your face. Otherwise the product is too frozen to mold around the areas that you need. But otherwise works as you would expect.

Whole face relief!!!
I had a wreck in 2015. I broke my nose, eye right cheek bone, and shattered all of my upper teeth. I suffer from tremendous headaches and horrific swelling under my eyes and sometimes in my cheeks. I found the amazing product after trying many heating/ice masks before! What makes this one different is a couple of things.. first it is a WHOLE fact mask..and it simply feels AMAZING!!! Second, I have literally only been able to bear to keep the other masks on for just a couple of seconds⦠so cold it would become painful, this mask has a thin layer of fabric which makes it so comfortable to wear the entire time until it is no longer cold or warm.. which ever therapy you choose⦠it just simply feels AMAZING!!! I keep mine in the freezer.. helpful tip⦠it will pick up smells from things being stored in the freezer,, trust me I learned the hard way⦠I had to order a second one, I store mine in a ziplock freezer bag now with sliced cucumbers,, now when I use it is like going to a high end spa! STRONGLY RECOMMEND using this tip⦠my last one ended up smelling like shrimp𤢠trust me Loves you will thank me for ordering this if you suffer from migraines, puffy eyes, or just want to feel relaxed! This is great to use in the morning to de-puff my face. It really helps and makes me feel refreshed. It is easy to use and it works for cold and hot.

Smallish, freezes rock solid, ripped.
This mask is too small for men. Doesn’t cover face fully. It also isn’t flexible. Freezes rock solid, doesn’t mold to face right out of the freezer. I suspect this is why the bottom on the mask ripped.

Great product and performance at colder temperatures
This mask is working great after a month of use. I have a small fridge that cools to lower temperature than regular fridge (33degF vs 37) where I keep this after use. Other similar gel packs I have get a bit stiff when cooled to 33deg, but this one I noticed remains flexible and seems to stay cool longer. This may be due to the gel being in round pellets, but whatever the reason, it’s superior than gel in a bag.

Everyone needs one
Lifesaver for my son!! No matter how many layers of sunscreen, hats, etc we put on him he was just prone to getting a burn. We live with aloe plants on the ready and this mask was perfect for his little face in those areas where ice packs were uncomfortable. Adjustable for any head, soft side or bead side as itâs reversible. Easy to clean and gives instant relief!

I do feel like this was a bit of a silly purchase on my part. I bought it as part of a pre wedding freak out after reading reviews that it would help face masks absorb better. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but it is very cold when you leave it in the fridge or freezer and feels nice when it’s hot outside

Soft velvet on the inside keeps it from being too cold on your face however if you donât free it completely flat it can be hard to wear which is my reason for deducting a star
