Great with less oil and more vinegar! Add locatelli
Iâve always used this but donât follow directions. You need WAY more vinegar and way less oil. If youâre Italian youâll understand. It calls for too much oil. I also add a heavy hand of grated locatelli and extra garlic powder. People go crazy!

I love this product and it has become more expensive at stores. I was thrilled to find a great price in 4 packets for $1.57. It is only one. If you read on down in the description it does indicated 1 packet but I didnât read that detail until I received item. It does indicate 1 packet as you read down the page but why post two different quantities?
