SO good
These muffin bars are addictive. The chocolate chip, blueberry, lemon and apple cinnamon are ALL good! My husband and I agree that the lemon and blueberry ones are the best of the four though. They donât hold their form well, theyâre very soft and fall apart super easily. So theyâre a bit messy. But so good. I bet theyâd be a great treat for a baby/toddler, theyâre so soft that there wouldnât be much worry of choking.

Theyâre soft which is good for me because Iâm currently having problems with my teeth and canât gnaw on hard stuff. They taste good but a little too processed tasting.
