These are so tasty and a very good bet when looking at loosing weight. It’s very filling.

What a great item to have stashed just in case hunger strikes be it at an office job when you are trying to make a dead line or are understaffed or as a college age and it’s too late to go get food. This has kind of a tangy, sharp flavor that I’m not thrilled about, but this and the chicken box keep me away from the mercury in Tuna, so I buy both for variety. It makes a good, small snack and all of the trash fits back in the box after you eat it.
