Such a useful purchase! Who would have guessed?
I bought one of these kits on a whim after eyeing them for a year, or so. I got the rose Quartz set and it is real rose Quartz gemstone. I see some people here complaining that theirs cracked. With crystals one must be very careful not to expose them to extreme temps (don’t freeze them, for instance) and handle them w/ care. Even with proper care, sometimes crystals can crack, especially if they were bumped or dropped hard during shipping.
Anyway, I have chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic sinusitis. My eyes are always puffy, lymph nodes always swollen and my forehead had tension knots from constant fatigue and pain. The roller is naturally cool at room temp and so soothing. I roll it under and over my eyes, over my forehead and temples. Then I use it to drain my sinuses by rolling it across my head down to my ears, my cheeks down to my earlobes and then my ears down to my neck. I use the roller along my tonsils under my jaw as well to relieve the swelling. Yes, it feels SO good after and my face is significantly less puffy.
The massage tool is intense. I use light pressure along my cheeks and forehead to really drain my lymph nodes and sinuses and along my armpits to help my lymph nodes. I use it to gently loosen the myofascial tissue in my neck and shoulders and OMG it loosens my neck better than a chiropractor or massage therapy session. Look up instructions on how to use the massage tool properly, and use gentle strokes and it really gets deep into the tissue and can be painful if you’re not careful.
I really did not expect something so simple and inexpensive would be so effective, so soothing and worthwhile. But it really is. If you have pain, puffiness, tension, etc. treat yourself- you won’t be sorry!

Good for the price you pay
I decided I wanted to give face rolling/gua sha a try, though I still have plenty of reading/learning to do to ensure I am doing gua sha as its meant to be done according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. This is definitely a decent starter set, though I wish the center bar on the roller were stone as well. The plastic feels a bit lightweight. Regardless, it’s a good price point to determine if it is a routine you’ll maintain before potentially investing in more sturdy or expensive tools.

I am in love with these. I especially love them when chilled in the freezer. The effect on my skin and on my nerves is amazing. It relaxes you for sure. I gifted one as well to a friend and will be purchasing more for myself. Giftable, completely easy to use and clean, durable if handled with care, and versatile. I use it on my face and neck.

It was going good until it wasn’t
I am a fair reviewer and will proceed to do as such. The product started off great and I’d like to mention on how I am a very light handed person especially with my face. Now let’s get into the review…
Firstly, I purchased two of these as a gift for my best friend and I. The packaging was super secure while still feminine and cute . The instructions and face guides are so helpful when trying to navigate the landscape of your face. I love my Gua sha — great quality. Now as for the facial roller, it was really going great. I lightly have been using it before bed and store it securely. Then one day, while using on my face… the larger roller sized just popped off and dropped to the floor. Yep, there you have it. It fell apart. I really would like a new face roller… sigh. End of the review 🙁 .

I bought this jade roller set because I experience a lot of tension headaches and my work is very stressful so I’m constantly wrinkling my eyebrows and I find that I now have the “11” wrinkles in between my eyebrows. The muscles of my eyebrows hurt as well. The roller is very nice, good quality, and it’s lovely when cold (I put it in the fridge for half an hour). However, the biggest surprise was how amazing the Gua Sha is!!’ The massage stone has truly made a difference on my face. I saw results the very next day! My face looks better, the muscle knots have gone down and the 11 frown is not as noticeable! Buy this for the Gua Sha stone! The price is excellent and it arrived quickly. I use it every night and the tension headaches are gone! I went to YouTube to find a good video about how to use the stone. Would highly recommend.
