Helps me breathe, leaves a mark
Really helps me breathe and stays ON! And when i mean ON, i mean dont put it on at 10pm and expect it to easily come off at 6am for work. You really need to keep this on 10+ hours without it hurting to come off and so you dont rip the skin off your nose. The adhesive works a little too good LoL.. my nose has a mark but i can breathe.. i give 5/5 even with the strong adhesive because its my fault to put it on so late.. just put the thing on right when you get home and KEEp it on until it wants to come off LOL i def like to breathe better 🙂

Wonderful
These work amazing. Def need to apply to a clean face and maybe use a toner to remove anything like dirt or oil. But they fit great for me. My boyfriend had a tough time getting them to fit his nose. But I think the area needed cleaned more maybe? But I like them, sleep is so much better.

A product you NEED to try
These breath strips are in my opinion, one of the greatest inventions of all time. You put one of these bad boys on and within seconds your nose will rival a bears (they have great sense of smell). Ever watch Pokémon and see Blastoise? Your nostrils expand (not literally) to the size of the cannons on his back. You can smell, and breathe a thousand times better. A squirrel in my backyard farted and I smelled it. Seriously though, give this a try!!

Not As Good As Regular Strength
I find that these donât work as well as the regular strength strips. Why? Because, though they have three flexible inserts instead of two they are not as long as the regular ones. They donât wrap as fully around your nose. For me the regular ones work great and more effectively than the extra strength ones. And they are cheaper too!

Has made a world of difference
These breathe right strips have made a world of difference for my husband’s breathing at night. He doesn’t snore as badly as he used to–many nights he doesn’t snore at all. I can’t believe how well they work. The ENT told him she was glad to hear he has been using them and that they really help open up your nasal passage for better breathing.

I bought these for my boyfriend. I love him to death, but, out of nowhere, while heâs sleeping, heâll breathe inwards rather harshly, and loudly, which resembles closest to the sound of a small boat horn. Just. KRRRRRHHRHHRHRRH. But with that nasal inhale to it. They donât stick well to oily skin, so itâs best to either double up on the strips, or dry your nose like crazy beforehand. These nose strips do help though, and make it to where the boat-horn-snoring just sort of sounds like a sick cat purring. Kkkhhâ¦Kkhhhh⦠Much quieter than the boat horns, and he can breathe pretty well with them on. Though these nose strips help, it will not cure snoring like a magic bandaid, like I had hoped. Lmao. 4/5 stars, just because, YES, it does make a difference in snoring volume.

Strong nasal tapes that dont come off during the night if applied/fitted correctly. Just follow the instructions thoroughly and youâre good! Does hurt a bit to take off though if you dont use water or face wash.
