Massive First Aid Kit
This thing is massive and literally has everything you need or can imagine in a first aid kit. So far I haven’t needed to use it however it is reassuring knowing that when I do need to use it, I’ll have every first aid tool, bandage, patch or wipe imaginable right at my fingertips! The bag itself is sturdy but not heavy. The style of the bag makes it easy to store as well. So glad I ordered this, it will be very beneficial to my family!

Fully loaded!
This is a great first aid bag with tons of supplies. Well built, great value, and the perfect size to keep in a vehicle or under a sink in the house. Really impressed!

A Good Option for the Home
This is an attractive, compact first aid kit that is a good option for the home, the car, or while out camping. I definitely wouldn’t consider it for professional or clinical settings, however, for basic first aid needs it does quite well despite some overall design issues and some unique choices for inclusion. This kit has 55 different items and a total of 500 items included. There’s an obvious focus on basic first aid items like bandages, dressings, gloves, etc. There’s also some more unique items – a compass, glow sticks, a marker pen, and a few other items that may come in handy but you don’t typically find in a first aid kit.I find this pretty easy to carry, though I’m not sure I’d call the shoulder strap an actual shoulder strap. It’s still pretty decent. The bag itself is made of polyester. It’s durable, however, I’m not sure it would endure a real “roughing it” camping trip. However, for a simple getaway or pretty basic camping it should be fine.Overall, I’d say this is a good option for the home. I think it’ll work fine for the car and for camping. It’s really a solid emergency first aid kid for personal use. It’s compact and easy to transport, though I will say once I unpacked it I had a hard time packing it back up because it was definitely packed compactly. While this kit contains some items you may never use, overall it’s a pretty well thought out kit and a good option for those who just want a simple emergency first aid kit for those “just in case” moments.

Most comprehensive first aid kit I’ve ever had
This is quiet the comprehensive first aid kit — it puts my old metal first aid kit to shame. Everything is neatly organized into the various compartments and you have the option to carry it with a handle or with a shoulder strap. It also comes with the MOLLE system, a pouch attachment ladder system, that is compatible with shoulder straps or snap buckles. The design also allows you to mount it on your car. There are so many items included in this that I can’t possible list (or evaluate) them all in this initial evaluation and, in all honesty, some of these items I don’t even know how to use. Luckily, my sister is a nurse and I’m letting her sift through the over 500 (!) pieces in the kit to get her objective opinion. I will update the review as needed. For now, I don’t think you can go wrong with such a huge kit and it is hardly any larger than the metal one I currently keep in my car that has, at most, 1 dozen items in it.

Great bag and an eclectic stock of supplies
You’re going to love the bag. You’re going to be surprised by the contents, unless you looked over the merchant’s page carefully. First Aid and Survival have some overlap, but I would not consider a compass or glow sticks to be First Aid. I would not consider a seven-day pill box to be either First Aid or Survival. (Yes, you should have a supply of medication available for Natural Disasters, but you should have some cash, too. And batteries I don’t see cash or batteries.)I appreciate the trouble they went through labelling each compartment, but …May I suggest that you obtain a list of first aid supplies from a reputable source. Empty this bag. You will find a lot of the items from your list in this bag. Load these back in the bag along with any other items from your list. You’ll probably want to upgrade the First Aid manual. But to be clear: you’re really going to like this bag. We can disagree about what should be in it, but it’s a great bag.

Comprehensive first aid kit!
This kit has a little bit of everything you could need for basic first aid (and even some more moderate forms). Everything is labeled, though the English isn’t always spelled properly. The zipper works flawlessly with no snags, and the case is made of durable material. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone!
