I’d give 10 stars if I could
Are you like me? Having a major problem with your nails and wondering if this product really works? Well, it worked for me. My nails had developed ridges and I had two or three that would split in two the minute they grew. I have been using this product since May and, as you can see, I now have nails that have grown. They aren’t perfect. I still have ridges and some areas with soft spots when they grow, but all ten of them are longer than they have been in years. In fact, a few days ago I had to cut my pinkie nail because it was too long! I don’t know if it will work for you, but it definitely worked for me. Also, I rarely write an Amazon review, but this product deserves a good word.

Fixed split nail
My pinky nail was splitting down the middle and I was unable to grow it to match the length of my other nails. I think this was brought on by using acetone nail polish remover and typing/ bashing the side of my nail on the keyboard. I started using this a few days ago and my nail is growing out stronger with no split down the center. I will keep using it. Seems to be working well.

Seems to be working…
There are 14 doses in this packet, which only lasts one week, which is really too soon to tell if it really having an effect. My toenail seems to be lighter in color, but further treatment is needed to be sure. I think the price is a bit high for the number of patches included.

Only if you have time for it to dry
Isn’t very effective

Great for Gel Damaged Nails
I purchased this product because my frequent gel manicures damaged my nails to the point of breakage and splitting. I didnât know what to do! I found this product on Amazon and I am so happy I decided to try it! Iâm four days into treatment and they are already beginning to show signs of repair! Even my cuticles are looking healthy and more moisturized. Give it a try! Youâre going to be happy you did!

The patches worked for me. Here are some tips from a fellow sufferer
I was having problems with the nails on my thumb and ring finger. I first tried another product religiously for over a month and my nail did not improve and in fact got worse. These patches work. Unfortunately, they are expensive and you go through them quickly. I went through 3 packets. The fungus was cured, but I still needed to wait for the damaged part of my nail to grow out.If you are dealing with more than one nail, you may want to try the version that you apply like nail polish. Here are some other tips:Use gloves to keep your hands dry when washing dishes.Protecting your nails from fungus is not just about keeping your hands dry, it is about drying your hands completely after getting them wet. After washing your hands, dry not just your hands but dry the cuticles of your nails completely. I now carry a piece of terrycloth in my purse in case I encounter one of those public restrooms that only have blowers and no paper towels. If your nails are so bad that they start to look greenish (green nail), it might be bacteria. Try soaking your nails in a 50/50 solution of distilled white vinegar and water, for 15 minutes a day, twice a day. This takes time (about 6 weeks) but it works!

Miracle product
I had severe damage to two nail beds from a bed-making accident paired with my very long natural nails manicured in powder gel. The pain was TERRIBLE, I somehow dropped the mattress and bent back two nails and they broke horribly and I had giant bruises. I soaked off my own gel so I could do it without any filing; then used nothing but oil on my nail beds/nails for two weeks. I don’t even know how I found this product, but after three days of 2x application, things are already healing nicely. My thin nails are strong enough to leave uncovered. I just use this, let it dry for 20 mins or so, then apply the oil. I apply oil all day when I think of it, keeps my nails flexible. Kerasal is also healing a 30-years-old split I’ve had for so long, I wasn’t even thinking about that! Thank you, Kerasal, it’s nice to know that some products actually do what they say!!!

OMG It WORKS!!!!
I can’t believe this stuff really works, but it does. 10 years ago when I was 9 months pregnant, I had a pedicure and the technician was incredibly rough. I didn’t say much and endured the painful pedicure.Fast forward 3 weeks and I noticed the top layer of my nail polish started to peel off on my big toe, ALONG WITH layers of my toenail. I was horrified. I’ve never had any kind of nail infection and I was convinced I had caught something from the salon. I tried all kinds of over-the-counter remedies with no luck. As the nail continued to grow, it rippled and became bumpy, white and flakey. This made me feel really self-conscious. I went to a pediatrist and also to my dermatologist- both of whom said my toenail had no infection, but was in fact growing funky due to trauma to the nail bed, caused by the aggressive nail tech at that pedicure appointment. I’d dealt with this embarrassing nail for 9 years and was told by both doctors that nothing further would work. They both said since it was nail trauma and if it hadn’t cleared up in all of these years, it’s was going to be this way for the rest of my life.I thought I would try one last thing and looked up options for nail repair. I found Kerasal on Amazon and saw that it had great reviews, so figured I’d give it a shot. I’ve been using it pretty regularly for the past few months and this is the first time in almost 10 years that my nail is growing out smooth and clear again (without the flakey, dry, white layers peeling off). The nail is growing completely normal now except my cuticle remains a little more pink than my undamaged other nails and the cuticle is slightly lifted from the nail.I’m so relieved that this product truly, truly works! I was regimented about using it and would use it every morning and night for a while and then once a day for a while. I never had any adverse side effects or anything from using it too much. It’s worked miracles for me and I hope it works for you too. In the photo attached, you can see the tip of the nail is still slightly bumpy with a ridge where it’s still growing out- but you can see that the new growth is smooth. (Also, the nail looks yellow in the photo but isn’t in person). I have no idea if I’ll need to continue using this product to keep a normal looking nail forever, but it’s worth it to me to have as part of my regimen since it works. If you’ve tried everything else for a nail with trauma to the nail bed, and if doctors have said you’re stuck with an ugly nail for the rest of eternity, try this! (It takes a few months to see it growing smooth, but it WORKS)! Good luck!!

I thought this was different from nail repair patches but evidently not.

The Kerasal nail repair came on time and in good order. I have been using it for awhile now ( this is my second bottle ) and find my nails are more hydrated than before. I am using it to try and repair my nails after taking gel nails off. They are still growing out the super damaged bits but with this solution i find that they grow a tiny bit faster and when they are fully grown out are a bit stronger and do not peel and flake as much. I have always had super weak, brittle and flaky nails. This makes them a bit better. It is not a miracle but i still feel and believe it is helping.

I had severly damaged nails from a gel manicure. After healing for a month and a half a couple of my nails were going yellow, used this product twice for 8 hours at a time and I already see improvements! Very happy with the results so far.
