Great bands!!
I purchased them for my kids to get faster in track and field. I tried them on myself and they’re great for resistance and stamina. Please note you must wear the bands correctly to get that resistance your looking for. The band should be attached on the outer thigh and not worn in the inner thigh. Great product for the price!

Awesome track & field training tool
I run and hurdle for track program. I wanted bands help increase lower body strength for sprinting and jumping. My local sporting goods store had sold out of their leg bands so I decided to try to find an alternative on amazon. When I saw these I had to get them. Elite supplies offers more levels of resistance bands than the brand my local store had for a cheaper price! One thing I noticed is the band hooks are metal compared to the tradional plastic sold at our local store. It looks and feels higher quality and more modern. The leg straps fit me secure and well. Iâm 5â10 165 lbs. I âve used them while sprinting and doing dynamic mobility drills. Everything stays in place without sliding around or loosening up. I couldnât be more satisfied. I havenât owned this long enough to comment on durability. However, Iâd highly recommend these for track and field training

Close to Perfection
First off, why Amazon doesn’t allow half-star reviews, still, is beyond me, because some products aren’t all one type of star-rating or the other. Some, like these ankle resistance bands, come pretty darn close to the next level. With that said, I’d give this product 4.5 stars if I could.These bands are still worth it given my mild criticisms. They do what you want them to do with multiple resistance options.With that said, here are my mild criticisms: I wish the velcro straps were setup with a metal hoop to wrap them around, or some other means of securing the bands better; because, as you begin to use them, the velcro will begin to loosen up some. Not a lot, but enough to make you lose some resistance during your workout.My other criticism is a bit of a bigger one, because I find it to be the most important piece to this set: The bands need to be labeled what kind of resistance they provide. I had to come back to the product page to figure that out. The resistance is not printed on the bands nor is there a piece of paper that comes with the set to help you figure out which band is what reistance.All-in-all, it’s still worth your money to buy this. It’s affordable and will still get the job done.

Strength is Necessary
This product is very durable and has a very reasonable price. Being an athlete, it’s necessary to build strength for explosiveness and this product can be used to do drills to strengthen weak muscles.

Most of this product works with enchancements
The bands are very strong on this product. The clips don’t hold very well so I changed them out and now the newer ones work great. The velcro straps that attach to your body wear out and don’t stick after some time. I had to buy another set of straps from a different seller to use with the rubber bands in this set. My combined set, enhanced and mixed with another product works wonderfully. This set alone will possible wear out on you over some time.

Great quality
I bought this for my self. I am 6â2 220 and it gives me a work out using the green bands. Easy to carry in a gym bag or by itself. Great for at home training or at the gym. Straps are good quality and will not slip if used with leggings or compression pants.

These things smell like a combination of fungus, and burnt.Who’s old smelly boot soles, did they recycle to make these?Is this normal for new resistance bands? I think if BPA had a smell, or toxic was a scent, these would be it.Where the hell is the cancer warning on these bad boys?!?!I need a hazmat suit just to put them back in the box…
