This stencil set is probably one of the most useful I’ve purchased for my bullet journal layouts, as it makes it easy to do new page layouts and periodic updates on my fitness level.I wish a metal stencil set was available as these plastic stencils can be a bit flimsy. You need a steady hand to ensure all the lines are smooth. I’d say the plastic used for this set is mid-grade: it’s flexible and opaque, but a bit thicker than some of the other multi-piece sets available for bullet journaling.This was a very useful purchase that definitely saves time on your fitness layouts!

what I love, easy to use and lots of neat shapes and such related to fitness and health. The only thing I would change is not making them white cause it makes it hard to see against the white paper
