A Texture and Taste Cats Love: Calming is a delicious chew that helps provide support for cats who are feeling a little nervous by promoting relaxation, and as a result, perhaps helping you feel more relaxed too! Powerful wholesome ingredients are packed inside a unique texture format that’s crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, offering a taste and texture combination that cats love.
Help promote relaxation and reduce stress: These easy-to-give chews contain key functional ingredients to help promote relaxation and soothe anxiety, support cats exhibiting nervousness, reduce the effects of normal environmental stress, and may also help curb destructive behavior. Plus, with a taste and texture 9/10 cats love, giving them a chew won’t become an added stressor when they’re already feeling a bit stressed.

L-Theanine and L-Tryptophan support cats in situations that may cause stress or anxiety. Thiamine is an essential vitamin that supports overall nervous system function. My cat LOVES the taste!
This product works well on my guy but gives him the squirts from the Green Mussel. He LOVES the taste of them and will actually push my hand out of the way when I go to put them in his dish so he can get to them quicker. Definitely tasty rated #1 for him! They are not soft like the bag says. They are dry & crunchy on the inside. (Maybe just old or dried out?)Anyway, my guy is CHONKY. He is a big boy. Always has been because of his breed. He has to eat quite a few of these treats to get the full effects of the senior joint support so I can imagine if smaller cats eat these for joint support they wouldn’t get the runs because they wouldn’t have to have so much green mussel. (Very rich.) I did try decreasing to 1-2 treats a day to see if it could remedy itself by slowly introducing the green mussel, but no such luck.10/10 for joint mobility support and taste. My cat started moving around better within a few days.Definitely worth the price, quality and taste.

Great product
My tomcat Banjo is ten years old and had been moving slower, stretching more and shaking his hind legs and feet after getting up from a nap. I thought I would give these “treats” a try because I have been using glucosamine for years and it helps my old joints a lot. After a few months of daily use, Banjo is back to his old self. No more excessive stretching and shaking. An added plus is that he likes to eat them and does not leave them when put in his treat dish. As a result, I have subscribed and Amazon sends a pouch every month. Highly recommended!

GOOD QUALITY
My 12 year old cat loves these. She always has a little limp to her walk. With these she seems to walk easier and is active. She loves the taste. I tried giving them to my 11 year old cat. She doesn’t like the taste and will not eat them. At least I have one of them happy.

Pep in his step
My 12 yr old cat likes the taste, and has responded well. He has slowed down bc of age, and seems to have some pain getting up, jumping up/down, etc. He appears to be in less pain and has more energy when he eats these!

Definitely Helps my Old Man
I have an elderly chow chow who has severe arthritis in both his front and back legs. He has been on meds for years, but a recent rapid decline in his mobility had me desperate to try something…anything…else. We have no ground level exit to the yard, so a lot of days find him on the porch and unable to go down the steps to relieve himself. He refuses to use a ramp and hates harness systems. Obviously this made him very uncomfortable and resulted in quite a few accidents in the house.I thought I would try this product on the “what can it hurt” theory. I gave him his first dose on a Friday night, and the second the following morning. To my amazement, Saturday was the best day he has had in months. He was up and down the steps multiple times all on his own; at least four or five times. Sunday and Monday found him a little less spry, but still far better than he had been. Today he is much improved again; His floofy little face just LOOKS happier.. I never believed there could be an immediate effect, and I am excited to see how he does when he’s been on it for a few weeks. Now for the downside. My dog is a notorious pill spitter-outer. He doesn’t like anything and only has one or two treats he will eat. This is definitely not one of them. I have to place his regular meds in gelatin capsules and ball them up into various food stuffs, each of which only lasts for a week or two before I have to change it around again. If pill spitting was an Olympic sport, we’d have a roomful of gold medals. Anytime a medication promises that dogs love the taste, I laugh until I cry. I frequently wonder how a dog who eats kitty litter can be so finicky. He strongly dislikes the taste/smell (who really knows?) of this product, and surprisingly enough, my German Shepherd isn’t a fan, either. So far I have hidden these in wet dog food or tuna fish, but it’s a battle I don’t think I will be able to win much longer. I will continue inventing new ways to get him to eat these because THEY WORK. If you have a dog who gobbles up everything, no questions asked, these are truly awesome. If you have a picky dog, however, these may not be for him/her unless you are well-versed in hiding things they dislike in a tastier package.I still gave these an overall 5 star because THEY WORK and would be great for feeding to less finicky pups. For the rest of us, grab a hot dog or cheese slice…it’s going to be a bumpy ride. Well worth the effort, though.UPDATED 11/4/21: So good news and bad news. The good news is that the old man started to eat these now on his own, probably about 95% of the time. I just try, and if he won’t eat it, we’re done until the next pill time. But he just started eating them, without being wrapped in anything!! The bad news: the old shepherd who eats them without question has started to throw up after eating them. I changed a few things to make sure these were the problem, and they are. I would still recommend giving them a try; we’re on our second jar now.

Cat quit eating them
My 12 year-old cat liked them at first, and I was hoping they’d be beneficial for her. Unfortunately now, as we are reaching the end of the first bag, she turns her nose up at them and won’t eat them (although my less discriminating fat cat will eat them). Also, the bag doesn’t reseal, so I think maybe they got stale or lost their crispness due to that.

This has helped my cat tremendously
I have been taking my cat for a monthly pain shot for the past year. That helps him a lot. But when I started him on these, he has gotten so much better. He has always been a picky eater so the powdered cosequin doesnât get eaten , he hates chewy treats. When I found these I decided to try them. Itâs been just over 2 months and he is eating more than he was, has gained some weight; heâs playing more and sleeping better. Whatever was going on for him, heâs much better after taking these.

Very bad attitude to send an item with short expiry date and donât mention!!!
