Love these for our lactose intolerant but very active kids. We have a teen and a kindergartner and we keep these stocked in our pantry for both of them.Kids like the taste and don’t resist drinking them.We like the nutritional value and the portability.Value is good if we can catch it. Almost Perfect
My family has been drinking these for years in all configurations: powder in individual packets, in a plastic tub and in ready-to-drink bottle and carton form. I like the less-plastic option of this configuration. The flavor is good and consistent. The higher protein version definitely hold you over longer. As a standalone snack or meal, I typically get 2 to 3 hours of satiety before I’m hungry again, which is great if you’re out and need a portable quick snack. I wish the ingredients were slightly improved as far as the carageenan and some of the artificial ingredients. But, they do have good flavor and will do the job to provide temporary satiety in an easy-to-carry-with-you and more-eco-friendly carton. I chose the chocolate this time, but they’re all good!
