i would get another one
this bottle is small and has been filled to its brim with good colorful messages rolled up into clear plastic capsules. the capsules themselves are a breeze to pull apart and they are not slippery so i don’t often lose them on accident at all when pulling my message out. my message has ALWAYS corresponded to how i am feeling that day or at the moment, it’s wild! i love that it always matches my mood and thoughts perfectly. it’s like the universe is speaking directly to me through them. I put a couple of these in my Girlfriends lunch every few days so she will have them at work as needed. She sometimes shares and others love the boost(s) as well. Very good spirit raiser and I have yet to see any repeats (but I am sure theyre there). Price is right for a attitude raiser!

I plan to carry this with me to class and anytime someone is having a hard time, I’ll offer them a “pill”. Hopefully, opening the capsule and reading it will help them to feel better. If not maybe it will be food for thought.
