Waffle Instructions:
To make seven 4″ waffles, combine 2 cups of mix and 1 cup of water. Cook the desired amount in the waffle iron until steaming stops and the waffles are golden brown.
Pancake Instructions:
Heat griddle to about 375 °F (medium-high heat).Stir dry mix and water together until the batter is smooth. For thinner pancakes, add a little more water.Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter on the griddle.Cook pancakes for 1½ minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Well welcome to Breakfast my little Dairy Allergy Kid!!
This was an impulse buy to see if I could get my daughter something more than just cereal and fruit for breakfast. She has had a dairy allergy since birth and so we normally do a lot of vegan products just because it will hit on the dairy free portion of the product. Well I got this and a 4 inch mini waffle maker and I am amazed! She loves it. I love it. The taste is amazing and I donât miss the dairy at all or the eggs (which I am allergic to). I have only made waffles so far and they come out nice and fluffy. Iâll try pancakes next week. I suggest buying more than one pack though because this batter only lasted us two days and we were making mini waffles for a family of four. One waffle each in most cases so I would say if making larger quantities or adult sized items then youâd want to get quite a bit more.

Tasty pancakes, but the only problem is the shipping it takes so long to receive the order. All in all I would recommend it to anybody thatâs vegan, and want to eat pancakes without animal products.

I LOVED this product for so long. I even wished to pick it up locally because it has become too expensive. I had it for 2-day prime shipping back in December, but it took weeks. I was told by Amazon I would get a replacement, but I never did. If the shipping was not so expensive I would get it again. It is the best vegan mix I have ever had.

Itâs hard finding quality vegan mixes. Many still require âeggâ which is fine but annoying. I used to eat Enjoy Life pancake mix but I canât find them anymore. This is easy to use and tastes great.I havenât figured out the exact ratio to make the pancakes a little less thick, but that doesnât detract from the product in my opinion.

Who said you need eggs & dairy milk? Perfect mix!
Now that I reodered like 5 times, itâs time for a review. I canât get enough of this stuff, my 1 & 3 year old love them too. I am approaching $100 in spending on this, & this pancake mix will soon require a separate line item in our budget.They waffles we make come out absolutely delicious, well formed & perfect in every way. Thereâs no need for an egg or dairy in any such mix it turns out. I only tried it, because my husband is vegan. This mix is better (!) than a regular mix by a mile.To merchant – if you are reading this, please, please reduce the price a bit! Thanks!

very good, fluffy, but too much sodium!
These certainly make a very creamy batter and subsequently fluffy pancakes/waffles. It’s convenient for a vegan mix to be simply adding water (due to coconut milk in the mix) — compared to making an egg substitute, adding non-dairy milk, etc. That said, it’s hugely disappointing how much sodium is in this mix (670 mg in one serving size–29% of your daily value!). And, admittedly, most will eat more than one serving size! I urge the company to lower the amount. There’s been so much written about American food companies needing an across-the-board decrease in sodium, so it’s doubly disappointing to see a wonderful, small Black-owned business with nearly double what most pre-made mixes have in sodium. Not to mention, according to the FDA, 6 in 10 Black Americans have high blood pressure (compared to 4 in 10 of Americans overall). Moreover, it’s more than 3x the amount of sodium as other vegan mixes that tout nutrition (one mix has just 190 mg). As someone who must watch their sodium, I cannot continue to buy these. I honestly hadn’t noticed the first time I purchased them because I was so excited by everything else (vegan, adding only water, Black-owned, wonderful reviews). I didn’t notice the sodium much in the taste of the prepared waffles, but if you taste the batter, you notice just how salty the mix is–and I think they would actually taste better with less salt (and added vanilla extract).
