Taste and work great
I used to add a powdered fiber to my cranberry juice daily but it’s so much easier to just pop a couple of gummies in my mouth. The price is fair and the product works well. I’ll admit, I was doubtful. Not no more! These gummies work just as well as my powdered psyllium fiber does. I noticed some people mentioned in reviews that these caused excess gas. If you’re new to taking any fiber supplement, you may get that at first. But once your body adjusts, that should clear up pretty quickly. It doesn’t affect me that way anymore.

No Artificial Sweeteners!
I took these gummies while I was pregnant! I had a strong aversion to artificial sweeteners and LOVED these because most fiber gummies on the market are expensive & have the artificial sweeteners added.These fiber gummies also are a fantastic way to boost daily fiber intake! They taste greatâlike a sweet treatâmaking it easy to remember to take them every day. The texture is chewy and satisfying, which is a nice change from traditional fiber supplements. Just what the Doctor Ordered
My Gastro Doctor told me take some more fiber supplements and suggested gummies. I tried these as they were competitively priced and had a good review. I’ve been taking two of these twice daily and they’re working great. No extra gaseousness or other issues. Besides working well they taste great. I’ll be buying more when I run out.

These gummy’s tasted amazing, but I felt bloated, constipated, and sick the entire time I was taking them, and as soon as I stopped I got immediately better.A real shame because I loved the flavor

These taste great. And that might be a problem because I want to eat more right after eating a couple.Note that they are on the softer side of gummies. That makes them even better, IMO, but be sure to not leave them somewhere hot. (especially when they are delivered). The delivery packaging currently is the Amazon padded paper envelope with no cooling packet, while my Amazon echo is giving me heat wave warnings. I’ve ordered other gummies that came with a cooling packet.
