1. Salame Di Manzo (Wagyu Beef)
100% Wagyu beef seasoned with fresh thyme, black peppercorns, and Cabernet. The natural marbling of the meat makes for an exquisite, premium flavor.
2. Nduja (Spreadable Salami)
The most famous and versatile calabrian salami. Grill or toast slices of bread and spread Nduja on top. Eat on its own or complement with some cheese like fresh ricotta or burrata.
3. Uncured Pepperoni
Unlike a lot of mass-produced pizza chain pepperoni, this pepperoni is not cooked. It is fermented and fully aged like any other classic salumi. Made with Berkshire and then classically season with fennel, paprika and cayenne.
4. Sopressata Dolce
Simply seasoned with black pepper, this “dolce” sopressata is a sweet, subtle combination of spices, rather than the hot variant you often find.

Great meats, good variety. All of the products were tasty and would definitely buy again! Nice hefty outer box that makes a nice looking gift. The only part I didnât love is the inner packaging, especially if gifting this. The picture shows a classy looking butcher paper style wrap, but mine came in clear plastic vacuum wraps with sticker labels. Not as classy. But that probably allows for the couple months I had to eat these before the expiration. So for that reason, I guess Iâm ok with the not so awesome inner packaging!

I purchased this product to present as a Christmas Gift for a sausage lover. The product was packaged in a colorful box which delighted the recipient. He loved the sausage combo and the taste of each.

Falsely advertised as cured meats
I ordered this as a gift. The meats were loose in the box; no presentation. They were also advertised as CURED meats. All but one was labelled UNCURED. Had I known this, I would NOT have ordered them. The recipient of the gift was at first excited but when he read UNCURED on the labels HE GAVE IT BACK TO ME stating these are inedible.
