Battery completely died after 4 months of use!
**update**They did reach out and made it right, they sent me a replacement at no cost to me, great customer service!**old post before updateâPer the package instructions I would only charge the razor for 2-3 hours at a time. But the battery can no longer hold any sort of charge and will refuse to power on. Donât buy the manscapped razor if you want it to last more than a few months. Never again!!!!

I had a brief problem when I first received the product where the head had vibrated itself apart. Manscaped reached out and had a new part sent to me the next day, and since receiving the replacement I’ve had no problem.The trimmer itself works amazingly. I’ve never had another trimmer that felt like it just glided across my skin with no feel of hair pulling. Great product, and great company with great customer support. Highly recommend.

Worked perfectly for about three months and now will not hold a charge, and even when I do get it to charge, it turns on randomly by itself. That being said they upgraded it to their plus version for free, awesome customer support

Worked fantastic until it was stolen
I cannot always afford nice things but this one was a leap of faith that was well worth it. It did a great job but did nick me a couple times. I would still be using this product if it wasn’t stolen by a now ex-girlfriend, she didn’t even take the charger or guards.

Im so impressed with the results of this shaver! I got this for my significant other. He loves it and is safe on his skin! The battery is great. It is light weight. Very durable. It is small and easy to store. It is noisy but thatâs like any other razor. I would definitely recommend this razor! Unsure if it is waterproof and Iâm nervous to test it out!
