Excellent flavor and texture.
I wanted a healthier option for bread crumbs since I like to bread chicken and fish and bake them. These worked great – basically the same taste as Panko crumbs and the color is darker so the crust looks more appealing when baking than other bread crumbs.

Delicious and versatile
I bought this brand of Panko breadcrumbs vs my usual Kikkoman box for the first time. I prefer this brand. The breadcrumbs do not joy stick together. The texture is finer. I get the benefit of whole wheat, without much of a taste difference. I highly recommend this product for versatile cooking. I used it last night to coat the outside of cauliflower, and baked it in the oven for 15 minutes to reach a golden brown.

I didn’t pay close enough attention to the ingredients. While the is whole wheat panko, it does have added sugar which I really wanted to avoid. My family will enjoy it but I need to avoid the added sugar.
