This is my second bottle of Vitafusion Womens Multivitamin Gummies. They not only taste great, but they seem to work well. I noticed that my nails hardened and grew quickly before completing the first bottle. The biotin content helps. My nails are sometimes soft and pliable unless I use supplements, especially in the winter time. The bottle warns us not to take more than the recommended dosage because the gummies contain a higher percentage of vitamins than listed to remain efficacy over time.
