I am redecorating my bedroom in black & white. I was looking for a statement piece to go on my new beds’ headboard which is faux black leather with a built-in shelf & charging station that I also picked up from Amazon. The statue is of good size and weight, so it isn’t easy to knock over (onto my head LOL) and the white pops and stands out against the black as well. I placed it there to indicate that this is a quiet space. It is quite soothing to look at. It was packed well and sustained no breakage in the shipment. I am definitely in the market to purchase more of this type of decor now. for other area of my home.

Okay, my first choice for this would not have shipped for over two months and at my age, that’s too long a time. This one shipped the next day. It doesn’t have the depth of detail as my first choice, but that’s okay. What I didn’t like was that the figure appeared to lean forward too much, making it look as if it was looking down at something. I used some soft pieces of clear rubber with adhesive and was able to raise the front up as I wanted it. But, in doing so, I felt the need to make it sturdy between the t.v. screen and a candle. I really find it amazing to look at and I am not into anything considered ‘Modern art’ or Avant-garde’, but this one attracts me.
