Does The Job!
This sleep aid does the job! I’ve been using it for a couple of nights now, and it really works well. The only thing I wish is that it could be split in half, but they’re gel tabs, so you don’t want to mess with the quantity (50 mgs). I’ve been taking diphenhydramine (Benadryl) a long time to help with sleep and I always appreciate it. This was an excellent value. I may see how it works apart from taking Quviviq which I take as a prescription. I’m a night owl and always have been so I told my doctor I needed help with sleep.

Easier sleep with a bit of grogginess
I’ve had trouble sleeping for a while, especially on stressful days, so I decided to try this sleep aid. I was looking for something safe that didn’t build a tolerance. The gels were easy to swallow worked well. They helped me get more restful sleep. The only downside is that sometimes I wake up feeling a bit groggy, but it usually wears off quickly after I get moving. I also try not to use them every night, just to avoid becoming too reliant on them.

The real deal
I have used this ingredient for many many years to help me fall asleep. Iâve read some uncomplimentary reviews of this product that I disagree with. The product came fast. The actual pills were great and separate. They were perfect and stayed so during usage. The price is more than reasonable. I used their auto subscription service so I would always have them to help me get to sleep. It is the only working product that does the job with no next day residual effects. I recommend this product and company. Unfortunately for me, devastating in fact, is that I suffer from several autoimmune diseases and I have developed an allergy to the main ingredient used. Not just this one brand but all companies that use the main ingredient in their product. Back to finding something else to help me fall asleep. Once again, to those looking for a good alternative to the high priced name brand, this is the real deal. It works as described and the manufacturer is excellent.

Inexpensive yet high quality sleep meditation!
I have occasional insomnia and I don’t like the prescription products like Ambien for my issue. I am also on a fixed income so I watch my over the counter spending budget. This product works as well as the more expensive name brand sleep meditation and I get over twice the pill count for about half the price of the name brand sleep aid. This formulation, taken as directed, promotes fast sleep with no hangover effects the next morning.

Just one at bedtime works as well or better then name brand P.M. caps, and I’ve tried them all.
