This product works fantastic! I have a badly damaged deviated septum from a vehicle accident that left me hardly able to breathe through my left nostril which makes a good nights sleep difficult because I was breathing through my mouth which caused me to snore an constantly wake up. I used to wake up tired, cranky a couldnât focus well and after using this product I now wake up feeling so much better and able to have a productive day while having energy even after work! I have tried alot of different products that claimed to work but were all ineffective and decided to try these after a chiropractor recommended them after he had been having great success using it. The adhesive is great and stays on all night and the 5 different sizing options should cover about everyone. Great product and I highly recommend it!

Pros and Cons but worth it
PROS:*sticky pads have an indent for your nostril which also helps you line up the placement.*sturdier than traditional disposable strips and holds nasal passage more open*a good deal more comfortable than traditional ones and you can forget your wearing this one*pads are VERY sticky and flexible; very comfy*size variety was nice, I was able to try them all and I was worried my nose was too small for most of them.*nose pads easily disassembled and metal discs reusable with medical tape or hypafixCONS:*always in my field of view but can ignore after a while- might be worse bc it’s white*absolutely cannot wear my glasses with it (enjoy the pictures of my trying)*refills are more expensive than traditional disposable stripsAll in all I’m happy with the purchase and I think it will last a long while. it’s a bit too pricey for what you get and on top of a very high pad refill price. I pictured wearing mine with the proper magnetic pads and with homemade ones.

This thing is amazing!! It’s a more expensive option, but if you compare it to buying nasal strips for every night it will save money and work better in the long run. I was considering using an insertable nasal dilator, but they always seemed so uncomfortable and unhygienic. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this since the regular disposable nose strips never were that great for me. The Intake turned out to be amazing!! It really gives you great air flow without having to put anything up your nose, and it’s very comfortable!For sizing, I have an average nose for a woman. I usually use the size M1. It really depends on placement and it will take some trial and error to find the best placement for the stickers. If I place them closer to the bridge of my nose I can only get the S2 to fit, whereas if they are placed closer to my cheeks I can use the M2. Both placements open up my airways well, so if you apply the stickers unevenly it should still work just fine. I have read that people with particularly large noses might have trouble (the largest size they offer is not included in this kit, nor is the smallest size). I recommend playing with the placement a bit if you’re having difficulty.It was super easy to use. I did have some trouble with the sticker lifting off my nose on one side at first. I was still able to keep wearing it the rest of the night since it didn’t come off all the way and still added some lift to my nostril. To make sure it stays on all night clean your nose thoroughly. Make sure there’s no oil, makeup, lotion, or dead skin and that your skin is dry. When you apply the sticker make sure there are no wrinkles or air bubbles. Once it is on, don’t move it or take it off again because it won’t stick as well the second time.With the increased airflow I noticed my sense of smell is much sharper when I’m wearing this! It also means that your nostrils can dry out a bit, so you might want to consider using a humidifier if you live in a very dry area. I haven’t needed one so far but I have noticed occasional discomfort from the dryness.Since it comes with multiple sizes im going to give the larger size to my brother, I think he will like to use this! You can also use medical tape on the little metal bits in the stickers to help stick them down. The refills are expensive so I might see how using surgical tape works out when I run out.This is very comfortable. I can’t feel it when I’m wearing it, and the magnet is powerful. No chance of it coming off at night! I can see it on top of my nose in the middle of my vision, but you get used to that.The only downside is that the stickers leave an unpleasant sticky residue in the morning. I believe the natural oil from skin breaks down the adhesive into a sticky goo, which is probably a good thing because the oil in skin would cause most adhesives to simply fall off instead. but it’s still unpleasant. It’s rather difficult to wash off too. Soap and cleansers don’t dissolve it well, but I had some luck with makeup remover. Also diluted rubbing alcohol should work, but it’s not very good for your skin.

Too Expensive! Here’s how to get cheaper refill pads
This works fine, but the replacement price is criminal at around $1/night for $0.0001 of tape and two tiny cheap metal discs.***HERE’S HOW TO USE THIS ON A BUDGET** What you need to do is buy the 15 count starter kit, and rip the metal discs out of the tape after the first night. I bought a roll of 3M 24 hour medical tape and at night I tear off a square of it, stick the metal disc onto it, and stick it on my nose. I’ve been using the same 2 metal discs for 90 days, no issues and works great. I can do this forever. Shame on Intake for price gouging for replacements.The product itself works perfectly fine, although I wish they better fit someone with a narrow nose bridge. The sizers are clearly made for people with very wide noses.
