Good fit and able handle a cat
These gloves are very flexible. Great for handling a cat. The gloves will protect you from scratches and playful bites. The gloves are bite resistant not bit proof. Th leather is thinner than other gloves which allow you to pick up and handle smaller objects then more bulker gloves.These gloves are great for sticking you hand in a cage to move water bowls and food dishes.

Gloves work great…just not for very large hands. I could barely get them on and I’m an average sized woman. My husband could not get his hand in them.

Hands and arms protected
These groves protect me really well as I have to groom my cats every day due to their long hair.I was hesitant that they weren’t leather and provided the protection I needed, but no problems so far. I have used them to wash the cats which I don’t think would be good with leather.They fit well, but I don’t have the dexterity to trim their nails with these gloves on.Would recommend.

NOT WATERPROOF, nice quality.
Quality and build of them are great but be aware, they may be slightly water resistant but are far from waterproof. Which is a huge disappointment to me as I hate when my hands get wet and have to wash several cats. If you could actually keep your hands dry they’re a 10/10 all day and that might not be an issue for you but it was for me.

As a cat groomer I needed some gloves for the fractious cats I have to deal with from time to time. These are fantastic and have done the job. I have had a cat bite me with these on and no puncture wounds! The cat was biting so hard I could feel its teeth through the gloves, and still they remained intact. Best purchase for safety I have made. I have another style more like mitts and they are heavy, hard to use your fingers and less agile. These are great, you can mover your fingers freely without the concern of getting bitten. Not tested with a dog!

Wij gebruiken deze om(wilde) katten te pakken. Deze handschoenen zijn niet zo stug en daardoor veel handzamer en beweeglijker om een dier vast te pakken. Als een wilde kat echt doorbijt voel je het wel en krijg je een knijpblaar, maar de tandjes gaan er (tot nog toe) niet doorheen. Aanrader.

I bought these to protect me while bonding my rabbits. They come a fair way up the arm, which gives protection for both hands and forearms, are thin enough to allow movement but strong enough to provide adequate protection. Having broken up a couple of scuffles where my fingers ended up in the way of sharp bunny teeth, I was pleased to find that the gloves weren’t pierced and my fingers remained intact! Well worth the money, I am now much more confident in situations where scratches and bites are a possibility.
